My bill was just over $61.63 ..I paid with a credit card BUT tipped with $12 cash ……wrote “CASH” in tip line ….When charge went thru – I was charged $81.63.. exactly $20 more than my bill…Extra tip ?? Not first time this sort of thing happened..just need to pay attention I guess…Spoke w sweet blonde manager after I saw bank charge – she gave my $20 back …Otherwise…Is a great place…friendly people..good food ..fair prices

Visited this place 3 times. Every time the food has been bad.
1st visit burger and fries. Ordered burger well done burger was way under cooked fried was cold. They remade my burger and it was better the second time
2nd visit ordered wings. Wings have a weird texture not smoked or fried.
3rd visit and last. 5 people at the table ordered Ribeye steaks medium well. All steaks cooked medium rare. Steaks was replaced still rare. Never seen steaks with so much fat on them. Potatoes horrible and brown.

I ordered a beer for 4.80 and tipped 2 bucks. At home checking my bank saw a $10 charge and i called and they knew it wasnt right. Talked with Shannon a manager. She fixed it somehow??? Gonna double check tomorrow.
Next day talked with Shannon and she was very forthcoming. This should be resolved very soon.

You can tell they are still getting the hang of things but the waiting staff are friendly, food is better than most places in shelby honestly, wait staff can get a bit overwhelmed but there are always a bunch of people in there so I think that will definitely get better with time. I Had the steak one night and it was very good for $22. Had a burger another night. Burger was cooked perfect and tasted good. The fries om the other hand could use a little work. They may have got cold with the wait. Overall very positive experience. I am very happy there is finally a good business in this place. Definitely suggest checking it out.

Visited yesterday for the first time since it became OverTime. This is not about the service, the service was great. After getting fried pickles, chicken tenders and fries to eat I spent all night puking my brains out then had the runs after that. It was the worst food poisoning I have EVER had. I felt awful and still not well. I had to call out of work today. It has been a complete a nightmare. You could tell the tenders were frozen and obviously it was all fried food which I don’t eat much of. I’m thinking the tenders were what made me sick. Just wanted others to be aware of the potential risk eating here.

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy time with friends and family over drinks and appetizers. The atmosphere is fun, the location is great, and the staff are clearly hardworking and welcoming.
When my group visited on a Saturday evening around 6:30 pm (right during rush hour), we didn’t receive our food until close to 8:00 pm. We all ordered burgers, and while the food was absolutely delicious, the long wait time stood out. From our perspective, it seemed like the waiting staff and cooks may not have had enough support. To their credit, management noticed how hungry guests were becoming and personally stepped in to apologize while helping their team. That effort was very much appreciated.
With just a few adjustments to speed up service and close those small gaps, I believe this spot has everything it needs to be one of the top destinations in Shelby, NC for both locals and visitors. Great food, great people, and a great sports bar atmosphere—once the service timing is smoothed out, it’ll be a 10/10 experience every time!

The food is immaculate. We had the fried pickles which were amazing and some green tea shots which were also perfectly made. Our meals were also fantastic. 10/10 will definitely be back

The Steak was perfection! Cheeseburgers are unique and delicious. They have fried mac & cheese and a wing night you gotta go can’t say enough about this place. The new owner is very friendly and accommodating and there’s more staff there so the service is great.

Best friend and I have been there often but last night (9/27/25) topped it all… we were seated quickly and drinks served promptly. We requested a tv close by be put on the Atlanta Braves game. Yes it was Saturday night and there were tons of TVs with college football games to watch. Pattie made every attempt to get the tv closest to us on the baseball game but the channel was not available. She don’t give up!!! She did get the game for us on another larger tv that included the needed cable channel. No one else was watching that tv (she asked several tables). We were happy and enjoyed the game and dinner. Apparently, a patron who came in later felt the college football game should be on the larger tv… your game was on several other tvs of various sizes. I am sorry your wish was not granted due to cable providers and apparently your evening was ruined. Btw… our waitress was spot on and never missed a beat checking on us. Love the atmosphere and food ain’t bad… sometimes a little spicy for my taste but I will still go back… maybe today! Thanks to all the staff working there in all capacities… friendly, focused, and not overbearing!
