We went to Over The Falls for my birthday dinner on a Tuesday evening. It was a very good experience. Great atmosphere. Food was delicious. I loved that they offered a mocktail after I requested it alothough they’re not on the menu. We most definitely will go back and try something different from their menu.

Four of us Senior Citizens went for lunch. I was the only vegan. After surveying the meat-laden menu, things looked grim for me. But I had the foresight to ask if they had a vegeburger.
“Yes, we do!” Our young and capable server replied. “Do you want fries with that?”
“Of course!” I said.
It was a good choice on my part. The vegeburger was decent, and the fries were fantastic!
My wife had the salad (it had breaded/fried baby portebello mushrooms in it). She said it was delicious!
The ambiance was great! The employees were friendly and helpful.

A lovely lunch spot during the week. Over the Falls was cozy and warm on this cold December day. The fried shrimp platter was very taste and offered a generous amount of shrimp. I would definitely order it again. We sat at a high table in the bar area and it was fascinating to look at the variety of Bourbon they have available.

Overall the food was really good.
Everything seemed really fresh and everyone enjoyed their food.
It was also priced really well And I think you get good value for the money.
It is really hot though. I really wanted to try the wings but I know I would have been sweating up a storm if I did. The Soda also doesn’t taste like either coke or Pepsi products.
Overall we would go back but with NC right now being in a heatwave, it’s kinda hard to make it a top choice.

Not my first time going here, but I have never been disappointed. The food is always incredible along with the service. Also there is rarely much of a wait time. They have a great gluten free pizza too!

The service here is great. I’ve been twice and I have no complaints. The menu has a lot of options to choose from. I had wings the first time and they were good. I saw another table having pizza and had that the second time.
My sister in law loved the pasta with shrimp.
The serving size are good! We definitely were not able to finish our food, I don’t mind taking food home . This is a good spot for lunch and even last minute dinner.

First time eating here with a colleague. It was very, very good! Food, Service, and Ambience were great. Everything was delicious. Our waitress, Sophia gave us awesome service. She continually checked on our table. The crab and shrimp Linguine was DELICIOUS!❤️ I will be back soon!

I enjoyed this little spot. I wasn’t sure what to expect going in. This was a last minute dinning decision. However, we had to waiters (shift change) and they were both great! The tables were nice the lighting was dim which created a nice ambiance. The food was good. I ordered a steak quesadilla. My only con: the tables are a little close together.

The food & bartenders are amazing! The hostesses leave something to be desired. They are frequently unfriendly and on more than one occasion. We have friends who also report similar experiences when they have visited. The hostesses make you feel like being there is a bother & an inconvenience. They also explain that they don’t reserve bar seats, while we have observed them on multiple occasions reserving bar seats for their “regulars”. We have daughters in dance class next door (the ONLY reason we keep trying this place) and have been coming almost weekly since August of last year- so not sure what you have to do to be a regular here, but it must be a lot. I think that management should be aware of this behavior. Meanwhile, your bartenders are exceptional and we love them. Another reason we overlook the unfriendliness at the front.

WOW truly some of the most fantastic service I’ve ever had. The restaurant had a lot of people but the lay out was perfect to navigate through so if you’re chubby you will have no problem with spacing. I was genuinely surprised when I received my food because the wait was non existent. I had the potato skins and “Famous Fish Fry.” The potato skins were loaded to the max with cheese and bacon and they were also cooked PERFECTLY. Unfortunately this fish fry was everything but famous it was giving C List Celebrity. The fish was fried beautifully and had a good amount of meat BUT it tasted like perfectly fried nothing. It tasted like nothing. Fries were great had a good amount of salt and had a good crisp. The cole slaw… guys the cole slaw tasted like CRUNCHY AIR with mayo. If the aliens pointed a death beam at earth and to save it I would have to give them a good side I would recommend anything but the cole slaw. Not to mention they do have gluten free menu items which is always a plus. This restaurant was a 9/10 but this experience was a 7/10. I genuinely believe it would be a 10 if I had anything else. Amazing service, thank you.
