Horrible experience. Portion size is small, the chicken tasted like nothing, probably they forgot to add salt. All of the tables were dirty. My wife tried to drink some water but the water tasted odd. A total waste of money.

Honestly, I’m shocked there even open at this point any night I go whether it’s three hours or even one hour before closing. There are always out of ingredients like please explain to me how you’re out of cheese and lettuce. That makes absolutely no sense even when I’ve DoorDash in the past my order is always been messed up. They never given enough food. The whole quality of this specific location sucks, which is harsh to say because back in the day this was my go to location now I only go to the Bethel location wasted so much of my time tonight Driving into this location prior to driving there in my head, I said they’re probably gonna be out of stuff, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and of course they disappointed as always. Let’s just shut down this location and call it a day. I know I can’t be alone in this, this is ridiculous. Also, I feel bad for the employees. It’s totally not their fault. Just whoever’s ordering the food is off their game you guys know you’re doing a special tomorrow with six dollar burrito bowls if you wear a costume if you’re out of ingredients, your store is gonna continuously get bad reviews. Please just try to do better or shut this

This place sucks! They’re always out of something… Tonight they were out of guacamole and lettuce and didn’t let me know till I had already put together just about my whole bowl. Do you think they would tell people that before they order?!
I also ordered a cheese quesadilla, and it was probably the size of my hand Which they’re usually huge, so I don’t know what that was about or if I was charged for that because they also didn’t give me a receipt!

Boiling hot day with the doors open? Odd. But chipotle, please listen. Your quality in Ohio has taken a nosedive over the last few years. But now? I’m impressed that you’ve managed to get below sea level. Soggy, unappealing ingredients slathered onto a weak and unsightly tortilla again. But don’t order yet! Somehow they decided it wasn’t necessary to wrap it worth a damn either. Look at the before and after, for one bite. What gives?

The absolute worst of worst, rude staff who doesnt want to work in the first place, place is shabby and no attempt made to even make it look welcoming, dirty tables, disgusting restrooms, and recently they are out of ingredients like rice and Chicken 3 hours before closing time

The store was dirty from top to bottom not one employee ever smiled said hello welcome have a good day there was no silverware the fountain drinks another lady said it was all full of water , none of the trash cans were touched they weee all full and filled to the top none asked how can I help you I had to ask him they also were out of chips ! I’ve never been to a chipotle like that before

Just like any other chipotle, got in and out within a few minutes. Seating was easy for 12pm on a Saturday. Wasn’t many people staying for lunch so there’s seating available (if it’s clean). Would definitely return here again!
