We love Outcast so much. My boyfriend and i have been in 3 times now for milestone celebrations and we’re always so pleased with the service and quality of food.
Today, after a long day, i wanted nothing more than fresh oysters and a good margarita. I almost cried when the food came out because it was so perfect and made my heart so happy. Landon took great care of us at the bar seating area.
They have incredible happy hour special- $2 oysters, $5 margaritas. Truly such a gem. Outcast never misses- thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!

One of the best happy hours in Southern Indiana!! Bartenders are kind, drinks are top notch, food is amazing. I also recommend checking out their seafood boil if you get the chance (they have it periodically throughout the year on select nights-it is not a daily occurrence).

I’d give this place anywhere between a 3.9-4.1 rating. Started off a little disappointing having a reservation and still having to wait a few minutes for a table to ready. The calamari was really good and the portion was easily enough to share between a group. The sauces were both pretty good as well, as pictured the calamari didn’t have a ton of breading which was nice and you really got the calamari flavor and texture. The lobster roll warm was excellent as well in terms of the lobster meat quality. After having gone to Boston a few weeks prior we were a little hesitant about getting the lobster roll, but we both agreed the lobster meat was just as good if not a tiny bit better then lobster rolls we had in Boston. The bread on the lobster roll was mediocre but the actual lobster was awesome. The lump crab bucatini was okay, my wife and I assumed it was a white sauce crab pasta but was actually a red sauce crab pasta, the tomato flavor of the red sauce overpower the crab flavor in the pasta. Sadly wanted to get the Brussel sprouts as well, but our server said they were out of them and only had enough for a main entree that included them so could not review those. All in all, a pretty good spot for seafood in the Southern Indiana area.

My wife and I had an incredible dining experience at OUTCAST Seafood! I had the oysters and the scallop special — both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. My wife ordered the She-Crab Soup and the Lobster Ravioli, and she couldn’t stop raving about how delicious they were.
We were enjoying ourselves so much that we completely forgot to take photos of the food — and that says a lot!
The service was excellent, the atmosphere was inviting, and every dish we tried was truly outstanding. If you’re looking for top-notch seafood in the area, OUTCAST is absolutely worth the visit. We’ll definitely be back!

First time at this restaurant. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. I’m always weary of seafood, but it was fresh and great quality.
The service staff were friendly. The only thing I noticed was despite it being a slow Friday afternoon, there was a good wait for our orders to be taken and such, but nothing serious enough that I wouldn’t return. This will definitely be a new favorite spot of mine.

Highly recommend the oysters and diver scallops! The fried rice was good and the dessert was alright. Server was great and personable. We got there around 45 min to close but got out within 20 minutes after closing time. There were other tables there still. The only negative was that cleaning solutions were dumped at the bar and we were seated right next to it. I’d say to wait til the guest has finished eating entrees at least before doing so because it does dampen the experience.

This was our second time visiting Outcast. The oysters are incredibly fresh and delicious. We’ve tried most of the appetizers and went with oysters on the half shell and the lobster roll. Both were delicious! We also have ordered most of the drinks on the cocktail menu. You can’t go wrong with any of them. Our only complaint is we signed up for the text updates to receive two free oysters on the half shell. We told our waiter before hand to ensure they’d be removed from the bill. The bill came and they weren’t removed. Rather than correcting the bill, he just said “show us when you’re here next time and we’ll give them to you”. Since we live two hours away, that’s not very convenient. But the overall experience was great and we’ll come back.
