I never leave reviews but I had to with this. The younger girl with black hair and piercings should NOT work here. I came with my friend who has a 5 month old baby and I ordered my food first – my friend then had to run to feed her child so she asked me to order for her. When my food was done, I told the worker I was going to be ordering for my friend as well – she then ROLLED HER EYES at me and just stood there. God forbid you actually have to do your job AT YOUR JOB. I was so disgusted by this, your job is literally customer service. If you hate your job that much, you should quit. I will never come to this Dunkin again.

Terrible customer service! Asked for vegetable cream cheese bagel got cream cheese, asked for two coffee rolls got one. Extremely miserable older lady at counter and no customer service. I get it sucks but not my fault n why take it out on the person who basically pays your wages. Ridiculous. 10 Aug, at around 0845. The service is unacceptable! Go find employment somewhere else or stay home n be miserable. Thanks for starting my day off in a positive manner! (Extremely sarcastic!)

The most unique dunks experience I got the honor to be apart of, and that’s coming from someone who has had countless memorable dunks experiences. After twenty minutes of waiting, the sole employee emerged from a location in which none of the 7 other customers could identify. He then proudly took the first order and with dignity handed those faithful people who had waited for even longer than I, nine of their ten munchkins. Finally, I am next to bat. I give this impeccable server the order I’ve given to countless other employees of the remarkable franchise and step to the side to await its arrival. And wait. And wait just a tinge more. And finally I see it, only to find it is the order of those after me. “Oh, just yell at me next time” he shouts from across the counter upon the realization that I am still standing there. Well sir, if I had only known that you were going to skip my order and go straight to the folks behind me. But this man then immediately begins my order after me standing there for a mere half an hour and hands it to me with the styrofoam around it so mind hand does not quiver in coldness on this 80 degree day. So no, it was not perfect, it certainly wasn’t timely, but the only employee of the dunks inside a Walmart demonstrated care through and through.
