Im sure the food was on point. It looked like it was well prepared. My server (the bartender) never checked on me after I placed my order. She did not bring me my bread that I asked for. When she brought my entree, I simply handed my food back to her. See…she never gave me silverware to eat my salad or appetizer. I do understand, she was very busy. She had 4 tables to take care of. When I asked for my bill, she ignored me to serve a different table.

Never been there before but let me tell ya, the shrimp appetizer, oh wow top level, the blooming onion was a hit also.. if I knew how big the appetizers were I wouldn’t of ordered a meal, can’t wait to go back!

Its been 16 years since we’ve ate at any Outback Steakhouse. Not impressed back then STILL not today.
So the drinks were all good The Castaway Cocktail showed a pineapple in the picture but when served it had an orange in it, i asked about it n was told “ We don’t have pineapple.” The bread is really good the food was good but the temperature of the food wasn’t up to my liking. I don’t understand why our food can’t come out hot !!!

My fiance and I came here Sunday night. The food was okay. It was hot and not old. I got the ribs and they were dry with a vinager based BBQ sauce. The mashed potatoes had a wierd taste. My fiance got a hamburger, and he said they went heavy on the mustard, like crazy heavy.
Besides this, our waiter was super rude. She brought us our blooming onion and walked off. We had to ask our server next time she came over for some and she rolled her eyes as she walked off. The whole time our server seemed like she was in a bad mood.

My wife and I were given a gift certifcate to treat ourselvesto a date at this Out Back. I saw that other people were being served bead at their table, but we were not. So I got up and asked the bartender if we were supose to be offered bead, and he said that we were supposed to get unlimited bread and was kind enough to bring some out for us.. Our table waiter evevtualy came back and took our order, never refilled our bread, or drinks and came back 40 minutes later with only my wife’s meal and informed me that they ran out of the stake meal that I had ordered and ‘only then’ asked me if I wanted something else. I told her no and sat there without a meal, as I watched my wife eat.

We came here bc the wait list at Texas Roadhouse was too long. Took 6 minutes to be greeted at the door, even though there was only 6 tables dining and nobody but the manager at the bar. The manager looked at us 3 times standing at the entrance waiting on help. No wonder they’re empty

We usually go to Seattle one . We have gone to this one since we’re moved here. But several times our wait for food is ridiculous even when there’s hardly anyone there. We’ve gotten poor service alot. The food is a long wait and we have gotten food then soup then appetizer more than once..the last time when my husband complained to the manager, he just made excuses! My husband has never complained not once.. So for him to complain it took alot. We won’t be back!

Not as good as we were expecting it to be. We got the bone-in ribeye and it was slightly cold and full of gristle. We didn’t say anything, but I don’t think we’ll be back. For the price we paid – it just wasn’t worth it.
The server was nice, but not exceptional.
The atmosphere was alright.
Overall, this is probably our least favorite steakhouse in the area.

The hostess made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome when I asked to sit at a booth, and suggested the bar. She made a disgusting face and I sat at the bar. The manager same at a booth like I originally wanted, being that I sit in a semi truck all day and wanted to be comfortable. He made things right. The service was good and food was excellent. That’s the girl who made the face.

Friendly staff and pretty good food. Could have been hotter when it came to the table but sure tasted delicious. The Bloomin Onion was really good. The first day I visited was just after opening and there was zero toilet paper in the washrooms. The day after when I visited around 4hrs after opening, the toilet paper was still not replenished which makes me wonder about whether they have a maintenance schedule at all. When I asked the staff, a gentleman simply handed me a roll and left two others on the counter, for the two stalls. Seemed very odd…They are just regular rolls, not the large industrial sized ones.
