Dani, our server, was incredibly sweet and friendly. She checked on us often to make sure everything was going well and made our experience even more enjoyable. Jeff, the manager, was also very welcoming and added to the great atmosphere.
The food was perfect — from the appetizer all the way to our main course. Since we don’t have Outback anymore in Hawaii, we always make it a point to stop by when we visit Vegas to satisfy our cravings. Definitely a great experience every time!

I’m giving this Outback location 4 stars because, overall, the experience was good, but there were a few things that could definitely improve.
When we arrived, the hostess was polite, but she told us the table we requested was unavailable because the section was “closed” — even though it was 7:30 pm on a busy night. Shortly after, she seated someone else in that same section, which was a little disappointing and confusing.
Our waitress, Taylor, was very kind, graceful, and professional. She clearly had a lot of tables and seemed overwhelmed, which made service a bit slow at first. However, the manager really stepped in and saved the day by helping her take orders and support the floor. That teamwork made a big difference. Taylor handled everything with a great attitude despite being very busy.
The food was okay overall, but my baked potato came out cold, which wasn’t ideal.
One thing I also noticed is that they have “Aussie” specials at a lower price, but no one mentioned them to us. It would be nice if staff highlighted those options so guests can take advantage of the deals.
With a few improvements in communication and food temperature, this place could easily be a solid 5 stars. I appreciate the manager’s support and Taylor’s professionalism!

Your request and so far always excellent! Service it’s the one that varies depending on the day of the week or hour of the day. I think can be for the shift because sometimes it’s very fast and prompt and other times it’s slow, but, we understand that places changing employees and new training are different. We still love it and coming back.

Great experience! Service was fast and friendly. We had the steak salad- large portion, a little over dressed for me but overall good. Ribeye and coconut shrimp, both were great cooked well. Mashers okay and Mac and cheese were great. Kids meal was a good portion and kids liked it.

Grilled salmon was perfectly cooked! My friend got the wedge salad and loved it. Wonderful service from Anais, and the manager Stephen even came by to say hello and make sure everything was top notch. Great experience!

Came to this location for the first time, tonight. Service here was spectacular for our party of 10. Anais was super friendly, knowledgeable when we had questions, and made great suggestions, such as the Steak Delmonico. She was very aware of when drinks were near empty, so we never had to ask. Honestly, I’d eat here many times over, especially if Anais we guaranteed to be our server. 10+ stars if I could change it myself. Mahalo, from Hawaii!!! We’ll see you soon.

My steak wasn’t too bad, not the best ever. The atmosphere was what I expected, however it’s not the same as what i remember. However, our server, Karina was excellent! She listened to our requests and delivered everything with a smile. She made our visit all worthwhile. Thank you Karina!
