I had a really nice dinner at Outback Steakhouse last night. The food was off the charts, as always. The steak was cooked just right, which is always a win.
Our server, Emily, was really great. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It made for a really enjoyable meal. I’d definitely go back and would be happy to have her as our server again.

Loved dining here!! Mikaela is a great waitress. I definitely recommend asking for her! The manager Ashton is very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Also the bartender Kerissa made us amazing drinks, will be going back.

Our large group placed an order on Veterans Day, which we know is one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants honoring our service members. Unsurprisingly, with the incredible volume of traffic, we ran into a few issues with our order.
However, the way the staff handled the situation completely solidified my loyalty. The manager on duty (Demetri) was exceptionally kind, took the time to listen to our concerns, and immediately jumped into action to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure our entire group was satisfied, completely rectifying the situation with professionalism and genuine care.
It’s easy to provide great service when things go perfectly, but seeing how they handle stress and manage issues is the true test of an excellent establishment. Thank you for valuing your customers and for showing such outstanding commitment to service recovery. We truly appreciated the manager’s kindness and the effort made by the whole team. Highly recommend this location!

We went to the Las Cruces Outback with 7 people on a Saturday night and we’re pleasantly surprised. The food was quite good and the service was excellent. This was how Outback used to be and way better than in recent years. Also no waiting. The wait at the other chain steakhouse in town would have been 1 hour for equivalent food

From the moment we entered, we were greeted w smiles and hellos. Then our server, Alexis, was very polite and attentive. She made sure we were happy. We were celebrating a birthday and received a free dessert which was a surprise to us. The blooming onion did not disappoint and the prime rib was perfectly cooked. A+ experience! Thank you!
