I had a fantastic dining experience at the steakhouse, and I must say that Alan V’s service was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he made sure everything was perfect. His attentiveness and knowledge about the menu were impressive. He was always there when I needed anything. His friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced my dining experience. The steakhouse itself had a great ambiance, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place, and if you’re lucky enough to have Alan as your waiter, you’re in for a memorable meal. Standard Outback experience. Server was attentive and brought plenty of bread. Bloomin onion hasn’t lost its fun presentation. Ribs could have been more tender. Spouse loved the meatloaf. Kid had the 12 oz rib eye, and although he said it was rubbery, he ate it all.

Service was wonderful! Our waiter was helpful and attentive. Food wasn’t the best for what you pay. The appetizers and sides were good. Mac and cheese was wonderful even. But the $30+ steak you get is not that good. Very fatty. Doesn’t necessarily cook in to what you ask. Not sure that I would go back for what I paid.

First of all, the service was amazing !! Aniya was our server, with Rush as her helper, who was just in his second day learning, we’re both amazing!!! Austin, the manager, took the time to hear our compliments and was so personable. All of them!! Will definitely come back to this location for the service alone…oh and our food was great as well!!

Haven’t been to an Outback in 20 years and I was pleasantly surprised. Drinks were good, the French onion soup was so good, but our server was the best. Thanks Makaizja for making our evening with fun friendly service!

Do not get the lobster tails. Tiny overcooked rubbery things with a weird flavor. The cookaburra chicken wings are always great as was the sweet hot shrimp but I feel so ripped off paying $32 for inedible rubbery stuff. So disappointed. Don’t know if I’ll be back. Do better Outback.

Great dining experience with the Valentines special at the Outback. We sat at the bar and was hosted by Matt. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested the special…grilled shrimp appetizer, salads, 6oz filet’s, side and too it off with cheese cake for only $70! Had a great time and we love coming back to the Outback in San Marcos! Thanks Matt and Kurtis for the great drinks and food.
