Kelly the Manager was so courteous and friendly as she seated me to my booth. I explained that I wanted to sit next to the window, so I could keep an eye on my vehicle. I had just picked up my beloved dog from the crematorium and he was in the car, so my anxiety was slightly elevated.
She was so kind and compassionate. She even sent me a complimentary dessert with paw prints drawn on it, as a way to brighten my day. It’s the simple & heartwarming actions that people do to make others feel special.

We have consistently gone to this location over the last 5 years. The attendants are always punctual and polite, food is always good and to order. The cheese fries are absolutely heavenly. Worth the carbs.

Once I found out that Outback fries their food in tallow, I had to go check it out. It’s so hard to find restaurants that have alternatives to seed oils or even care about dietary restrictions. We’ve eaten here twice in the last week and the waiters are more than willing to go into the kitchen to ask questions and get educated about their menu. They were able to bring real butter for our bread instead of the whipped stuff that has oils in it. They also cooked my broccoli with real butter instead of oils. The honey mustard sauce has a mayo in it with soybean oil, so they brought some plain Dijon mustard. They never seemed annoyed and even took pictures of labels to come show me all the ingredients of certain condiments. It was so refreshing to see a restaurant go out of their way to accommodate my needs. Our waitress, Rhiannon, was very curious to learn all she could and even brought a cook to the table to discuss alternative side dishes. Thankful to have this kind of service and care at a chain restaurant!
Also, my husband rarely finds a restaurant that can cook a steak to the exact temperature he orders, but they have done it twice!

My wife and I met some friends from out of state at the Outback in Conroe Tx for lunch. From the time we walked in to leaving we felt very welcomed. Our waitress, Erica made us feel like family. Very attentive, personable and an overall great sense of humor. My wife and I will be repeat customers. It was refreshing to have had Erica as our server.

We need a decent dinner late at night on Saturday and Outback came through in a big way. We stopped at Saltgrass on the way and they had already closed their doors for the night. The Outback team greeted us at the door and welcomed us to take our time, grab a beer, and order our dinner. It was so good!

Outback Steakhouse in Conroe is the best restaurant I have ever dealt with. Most Chefs at other restaurants refuse to cook steaks and hamburgers Well Done. But the folks at Outback listen when I place my order and they cook my order the exact way I want it. They are all very friendly and appreciate their customers from the person taking the order to the nice, friendly person delivering my order to the curbside. They are much faster than most other restaurants fixing the order and if they say it will be ready at 7:00 PM, they are coming out of the door with my order as soon as I get there. I really like to do business with these folks. It is a very pleasant experience every time. Thanks Outback for the extra nice service!

Bake Potatoes all the way,French onions soup, Sauteed Mushrooms on my Steak,Asparagus butter on top .Ice tea sweet
Told waiter I want my food fresh and hot because I don’t like COLD FOOD !!! I want my soup first, then bring Steak Bake Potatoes all the way sauteed Mushrooms, Asparagus extra butter on top.Soup was excellent Waiter brought my food after I told him not until I finished my soup !!! The steak was cooked well done.Told waiter he state they can made it over I said no !! It should have been right the first time !! I told him I just take steak home to my dogs. He said we will have to charge YOU for the steak !! He took it back and told him I will just eat my side order & soup Paid full price no discount on the steak !!

We stopped on our way home from Fort Worth at this location in Conroe. Table was ready for us when arrived. Food was fresh. Husband ordered small rack of ribs which he was happy with. I enjoyed a 6 oz sirloin and it was plenty for me. Baked potatoes fully loaded. Steak was cooked to perfection. I like my steak was medium and I was very pleased that they got it right. Plenty of free parking
