We visited outback after a really long time since alot of the locations have closed. We were happy to know that Thursday night is a bingo night! We got seated around the bar area and our server got us bingo cards and chips. We were served with complimentary freshly baked bread and butter. For appetizer, we ordered the onion blossom. My daughter ordered steak and fries from kids menu, me n hubby shared a 13 oz ribeye steak with coconut shrimp and sweet potato and chili on the side. Appetizer came out pretty quickly but food took a long time. The steak tasted delicious!
I also won the bingo round and won a free 3-course meal for next visit 🙂

The quality of the food has dropped significantly lately. The steaks have all kind of veins and tendons through them (see picture) and they seem tough no matter the cooking level they were requested.

My visit to Outback Steakhouse was truly enjoyable. The steaks were prepared perfectly with rich flavor, and the blooming onion was absolutely satisfying. The service was excellent and added to the overall experience, making the meal feel relaxed and welcoming. A clear five star dining experience.

Our experience at Outback was okay overall. The steaks were a bit burnt and tough, though surprisingly still cooked to the correct medium-rare temperature. The staff was friendly, but there was some confusion when we asked about the bread. We were told it was honey wheat, but it turned out to be pumpernickel. We hadn’t been to Outback in a long time, so the inconsistency was a little disappointing. Overall, it was an okay visit, but there’s room for improvement.

When we were first seated, our waters were brought to the table, the young lady bumped the glasses together, causing them to break and spill all over the table and floor. One glass didn’t break, but it was left on the table for a moment—which made us nervous about drinking from it in case there were glass shards. Eventually, it was removed.
Unfortunately, things didn’t improve much after that. We waited to order until the spill was cleaned up, and when we finally placed our order, I received the wrong soup. When our entrées arrived, my husband’s baked potato was rock-hard. Instead of preparing a new one, they simply microwaved the same potato and returned it.
The food itself wasn’t terrible,its was good, but for about $60 for two people, you expect better. They do offer good lunch specials, we upgraded our dishes.
That said, I do want to point out that our waiter’s personal service was outstanding—very attentive and kind.

Went to try it for the first time, and it was not disappointed. We got a table right away. the server was friendly and helpful with our questions. I tried one of their seasonal drinks, and it came with a shark, and it was really refreshing. They give you fresh bread and butter before your meal. It is really good. Then my husband ordered steak and coconut shrimp. His steak was cooked the way he ordered, and coconut shrimp was delicious. I tried the 3 course meals, which included potato soup, grilled shrimp, and dessert. All of it was perfect. My only suggestion would be to add just a drizzle of chocolate over the cheesecake. I got so much extra chocolate. It was too sweet. Other than that everything was good, place is big enough with plenty of seating, friendly staff, plenty of parking outside, clean. I recommend it.

Still a very good option if you crave steak. Despite the incredibly boring atmosphere, uncomfortable booth seating and the typical decent but not stellar service…..the food is amazingly delicious. My ribeye was cooked to perfection as I requested.Not too salty like it used to be.
The pepper crusted Ahi Tuna is always a great choice.
My wedge salad was a very, very nice suprise. I looved it. Presentation and taste alike.
The “electronic check” on the table is a very nice touch.
Over all I noticed a bit of improvement at this location, at least for the food part.
We definitely will be back.

First time here, service was great. Waitress checked in often.
We split the booking onion, which really needs to be split between 4 people.
We shared the steak chimichurri. It was good! Cooked well. The sides were lacking a little. The Brussel sprouts were not cooked well. The potato was good but needed salt and pepper. Over all it was good!

Ms. Queenie gave us excellent service from the time she came to the table she was smiling and polite! Our glasses was never empty, no dirty dishes on table after we completed one course. The food came out hot and fresh. My husband loved the sweet potato. O the blueberry lavender lemonade I highly recommend
