We just had a meal at Outback. I enjoyed my Alice Springs chicken and my daughter and husband really enjoyed their steaks. Our server, Dom was excellent and provided great service.

My Bunch
The food was ok, the appetizers were better then the main course. The service was pretty good, at first they didn’t give us three utensils only two even though there were three of us but overall not bad. It was cold in there and my food was half cold by the time I got it, the Mac and cheese was suppose to be melty but it pretty disappointing.

We have eaten at Outback Steakhouse every year on New Year’s Eve for over 10 years. I love the blooming onion and my husband loves the steak and lobster. The atmosphere is calm and mostly quiet in the early evening. I had the Gingerbread Cookie martini. I don’t drink a lot of alcohol. Having this drink is a real treat.

Extremely poor lunch today, 45 minutes waiting for food. They were not even that busy, just understaffed. Steak overcooked, broccoli was cold the baked potato couldn’t even melt the butter, luke warm. The waitress walked by us 3 times without acknowledging us and this was after I cut into my beef jerky of a steak. I asked for Med Rare, I got just under well done. I gave the plate back after 2 bites and all she did was split the check. I go here a lot and they are usually much better but not today. The bad food happens, kitchen wasn’t ready but this day they failed at all fronts except the hostess, she was prompt and already had silverware on all the tables. A tip is not an automatic thing, I tipped based on service, even if food is bad, which it was, I will still tip based on service usually at a 15% minimum up to over 100% of the bill. Today the tip was $0.00.

This was the best steak I have had in a very very long time. The cost is what you would expect for a steak house. My husband and I had an appetizer steaks and desserts, no alcohol. Cost about $120 before tip. It was amazing and we will return. The service was great and all the employees were buzzing around looking like they had purpose.

I ordered curbside. The attendant came to my car before I told them I was there and was standing in the cold rain with a smile. She was very polite, helpful, and her sunny personality was a bright spot in my day. The food was excellent. Their coconut shrimp have spoiled me because I don’t get them anywhere else because they can’t make them like Outback!!!

It’s Outback… the food is only but so good. This one is on par with all the other ones I’ve been to around the country. Honestly I only stopped because I wanted a steak and Texas Roadhouse was PACKED. It’s my go to for a cheap steak. But let me tell you why I even bothered to review this place. The service is the best I’ve had in this town! I sat at the bar and miss Connie (sp?) was an amazing bartender/server. Very good at selling food and a very sweet person. Not sure if it’s an Outback thing or not but she boxed up the food for me. I’ve only ever had that at nice restaurants. All the other servers seemed very attentive as well. My food came out hot and delicious for what it was. I will definitely stop here again next time I’m craving a steak!

My wife and I went here for our anniversary a few years back. We ordered our food, and as we waited, someone yelled “someone’s car is getting broken into.” Of course, it was mine. The staff went to look, but did nothing to get a description, plate, or any details other than a “white car.”
I asked to see the camera footage, but of course their cameras don’t work. They acted like I was inconveniencing them for information. We got our food to go because we had to make a police report. When we got home, it had to have been the worst food we had eaten in years.
People expect to be able to park in a restaurant’s parking lot and feel safe to eat. Nope, they could care less what happens to your vehicle. On top of that, they serve overpriced crap food.

the wait was longer than we were told.
the food (steak) was amazing. the mac and cheese definitely was cheesy but lacked flavor. my wife got the lobster and it definitely lacked in size for the cost. overall the waitress was polite and the atmosphere was nice.
