You have got to go to this Olive Garden!! The staff here are amazing! The food was delicious! My waiter was so kind! she helped guide me on what I would like. I trusted her and ordered what she suggested. To my surprise, I was AMAZING! You can tell that the waiters here have tried everything on the menu so they know how to direct you well and let you feel welcome!

Considering most dishes averaging 1300-2000 calories I was blown away. Portions were HUGE but the amount of sodium is flabbergasting. I understand the audience Olive Garden caters to but dam…it’s not hard to make things less fattening. Our server was amazing, but the atmosphere? Maybe it’s not the restaurants fault, but my friends and I couldn’t help but notice that the ONLY minorities there were given to the same waiter and we were placed towards the back of the restaurant…coincidence? Who knows. We also couldn’t ignore the blatant rude stares from the other customers as we walked through the restaurant to our seats, and even JUST walking to the bathroom and back. Maybe it’s buffalo citizens not used to seeing new faces, but nobody taught them that staring is rude? If you’re apart of a minority group, I’d definitely consider this factor before deciding to come here. Not the restaurants fault, but it made for some sour moods.

Be warned that there is a tablet on the table. If you touch it you will be charged $2.99 for playing games. Not sure how that is even legal but the server would not remove it from the bill when we asked.

3 of us had dinner at this location and were fortunate enough to have Lucy as our server. She was THE BEST and most thoughtful server we have ever had!!!! She told us about specials, made recommendations and just generally was so attentive!!! We were ready to give her a hug by the time we were leaving because she was so sweet. After a few hours of shopping, this was a great stop for great food and a good time. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Good food, clean restaurant. Service could have been better. Waiter felt may have been distracted. Brought out bread sticks with no plates, when we asked for plates took another 10 min to get them. Asked for water instead of a soda refill, got soda refill instead and water 20 min later.

Great experience today, the waiter gave some of the best service I have ever received. I don’t remember his name but I did let him as well as his manager know just how awesome he was. The food came out so fast and fresh, refills were instant and the whole experience was fantastic. This is why olive garden continues to be my number one restaurant when I visit the states.
