Had an absolutely exceptional evening at Outback Steakhouse tonight. The food quality was amazing — cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and honestly some of the best we’ve had in a long time.
But what truly made the night unforgettable was Carson. His customer service, knowledge, and personality were on another level. He made everything effortless and enjoyable from start to finish.

Absolutely delightful.
Boyfriend and I ordered the sirloins medium and medium rare with the jumbo grilled shrimp and the alice springs chicken.
With mashed potatoes, fries, asparagus and Mac and cheese as our sides.
Everything was delicious. Mac and cheese was our least favorite. Just didn’t hit the cheese spot and it wasn’t creamy enough to our liking. But truly, everything was incredible.
Especially our server. Thanks Brittany!!

Seeking a change from the normal i cam into Outback Steakhouse to see how it holds up against some of the pricier options in the area.
Despite appearing busy the staff was very polite and able to have me seated within 2-3 minutes. Evan handled my order, giving me plenty of time to look over the menu.
To start off I ordered a Piña Koala, a wonderful beverage as a mix on the traditional piña colada with cinnamon on the rim. The rye bread served at the table was excellently fresh, warm and delicious. The drinks glasses are substantially sized, typically I can gulp down a glass of soda or water in a few sips, but these glasses kept me with a good amount of water throughout the meal.
My appetizer, fried mushrooms, came out piping hot, with a wonderful crunch. A hint of spice gives the mushrooms a wonderful aftertaste, with the dressing helping to add a blend of flavors. Before my rye bread was even halfway gone Evan was attentive and asking if I would like more bread, an excellent waiter is attentive at all times and Evan exemplifies this.
My main course arrived in perfect time, a wonderfully cooked medium rare NY strip, asparagus, and loaded mashed potatoes. The asparagus was wonderfully seasoned and just enough crunch to offer a perfect mouth-feel. The potatoes were savory, creamy and cheesy, a wonderful pair to the steak. The steak did not need any salt, steak sauce, or anything to add to the flavor bursting with every bite, it quickly took my attention as well as the majority of the meal time savoring every bite.
Overall I was impressed with the quality of service and food at this establishment. At times I forget this restaurant is here due to the odd location it is in tucked down off an access road away from some of the main thoroughfares. However I would recommend this restaurant a hundred times over if I could.

We LOVE coming here because of Gerald. He’s truly the best and makes every visit to Outback an A+ experience. The food is always excellent, and if there’s ever an issue, it’s resolved instantly and without hassle. We’ll keep coming back because of the outstanding service.

Love steaks from Australia and great food. I love the customer service and atmosphere. The management was great and our server was amazing and very attentive. I suggest the chili and steaks but the wings were even seasoned and tasty. Great for family and friends or business meetings or eating solo. ENJOY!

We had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse, and a huge part of that was our server, Taylen. This was hands down some of the best service we’ve ever had at an Outback location. He was extremely attentive, very personable, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect.
Taylen was also very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, which made our dining experience even better. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish.

I did a pick up order and it was one of the easiest processes. The online menu is easy to maneuver and pick up was a cinch! Everything was carefully packaged and maintained integrity for the 30 minute drive home.
