My husband and I had an amazing date night last night, and our server Kaitlyn made us feel right at home. I actually forgot she had other tables because she was so attentive and hands on with meh suggestions and answering any questions we had. We live outback anyway, but this experience was so amazing.

Salad was good as always. Steak was cooked as ordered and had a good flavor.
I ordered my baked potato with just butter, and it was literally like someone took a knife and sliced it, and dropped a pat of butter in it. It was not opened up or fluffy or anything. It was two sides of potato with some butter that had run out onto the plate. I had to get more butter and do it myself. My picture is after I fix the potato the way it should’ve looked coming out.

We got a steak and chicken combo. The Alice chicken was delicious but unfortunately our steak was over done it had a great taste but was over done for our liking. The steak should have been taken off at the medium point that way it would have been just right when served to the table. Our waiter Austin was amazing. Great job Austin

From the moment we walked in David greeted us, seated us & waited on us. He was a gentleman…charming with a friendly warm country boy charm. He visited with us getting to know us as he took our order. The steaks were excellent and the chocolate Thunder Down Under desert was amazing. We were so impressed with David we asked to see the manager (Steven) and we let him know how much we appreciated the attention shown to us by David, and thanked Steven for his wise choice of hiring David. Steven was just as polite, friendly & courteous. So we’ve decided we definitely will be back again soon! This place is 5 Stars, and well worth your your time!

I sat at the bar for dinner. The bartender was friendly and attentive to the 10+ guests also eating and drinking. She was a great bartender! Food quality was good for value/chain Location. I always worry about Sysco quality taking over chain restaurants, and it hasn’t seemed to infiltrate yet.

I hadn’t been to Outback in years so when my son said he wanted to try it out, I agreed. We didn’t have a very good experience from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us and we stood waiting for about 10 minutes before a waiter sat us. Our waitress didn’t know we had been seated so it was another 10-ish minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. The Queensland chicken and shirmp pasta dish used to be my favorite thing in the menu so I ordered that. My son ordered the blooming onion burger. The food was so bad. When the waitress sat my food down in front of me, I asked if the sauce was supposed to look like that because it looked so off-putting. She said it was “some kind of lemon sauce but it doesn’t taste like lemon at all.” She was not wrong. There was no flavor in the sauce on the pasta, the only thing I could taste on the shrimp was chilly powder, and the chicken was dry. My son only took a few bites of his burger and said it tasted weird. I tried the meat and it was super salty and was slightly mushy. It was not good. I feel like I wasted $65 because neither one of us ate our food. The loaded fries and bread were good but that’s not enough to make me want to go back anytime soon.

I ordered from here all the time on DoorDash and only had one previous incident where the salad had old yellow lettuce in it too much water. I was offered a replacement at my next visit but on my next order that manager wasn’t working and nobody knew anything about it Today I placed an order online and was going to pick up myself. I got the alert that my order was ready so I arrived. It’s dark. Their customer pick up parking is not very well marked. It might as well be behind the building so I parked right out the front door and I called to let the hostess know and she said she’d have my order out right away because at this time it told me they were on their way out. 25 minutes and two phone calls later a young gentleman comes up to my car. I give him the tip and he explains to me that it was sitting there the whole time under the heating lamp because he couldn’t read my name. So I told him it’s been sitting under the lamp this whole time and he verified yes I’m so sorry. I asked for a replacement order and he proceeded to say they won’t do that cause this is still good cause it’s been under the heating lamp. Okay I ordered a steak medium so it got to sit there and cook for 20 minutes under the heat lamp. They think I really want that.? so I asked for a refund. He said he’d be right back so 11 minutes later I walk in the door myself and asked about my refund when the manager was passing by me. He stopped and pointed to a computer print out of my refund, did not even try to make it right…. Like this is okay. The couple that walked in after me was actually just about finished with their meal. That’s crazy To Me. At least I got my refund but it really makes me sad as this was one of my favourite treats for myself a couple of times a month but I will not be going back and will stop recommending them. I don’t blame the gentleman that brought it out. I blame the fact that there’s no management watching the food orders stack up. Being in the industry for over 20 years myself I know how it goes but if they really wanted my business, they would’ve done something better to compensate for their errors. I need to train the hostess what to do and the situations because she told me at one point my order wasn’t done when in fact it was I am very hungry right now but most of all very disappointed. And did I mention the guy kept my tip? Lol

I’ll be honest, I’ve been loving Outback since the 90’s and this location doesn’t disappoint. Comfortable and spacious booths and warm, welcoming staff from hostess to food runners- everyone was on their game. We were honored to have the illustrious Kevin-the-kool-guy take care of us! Of course we had to have a blooming onion, hubs enjoyed his ribeye, I really liked my prime rib sandwich. Both adorned with crispy and hot French fries. Kevin made sure to enroll us in the Outback rewards program and we received a complimentary appetizer. If you’re looking for a spot to watch NFL or college ball, the bar area is super! We will definitely be back!
