I hadn’t been to Outback in years so when my son said he wanted to try it out, I agreed. We didn’t have a very good experience from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us and we stood waiting for about 10 minutes before a waiter sat us. Our waitress didn’t know we had been seated so it was another 10-ish minutes before anyone came to get our drink order. The Queensland chicken and shirmp pasta dish used to be my favorite thing in the menu so I ordered that. My son ordered the blooming onion burger. The food was so bad. When the waitress sat my food down in front of me, I asked if the sauce was supposed to look like that because it looked so off-putting. She said it was “some kind of lemon sauce but it doesn’t taste like lemon at all.” She was not wrong. There was no flavor in the sauce on the pasta, the only thing I could taste on the shrimp was chilly powder, and the chicken was dry. My son only took a few bites of his burger and said it tasted weird. I tried the meat and it was super salty and was slightly mushy. It was not good. I feel like I wasted $65 because neither one of us ate our food. The loaded fries and bread were good but that’s not enough to make me want to go back anytime soon.

A good trip to Outback Steakhouse. Probably a 4.5, but I’ll round up because it’s what you expect from an Outback Steakhouse on a Saturday evening. We called ahead and still had to wait 35 minutes past our reservation, but after that the service was good and the food was good. Prices were steakhouse prices and we left happy and full. Our favorite part is always the bread, reminds me of the Cheesecake Factory bread. We had the 18 oz Ribeye and the Surf and Turf and both were cooked well and tasted great. Service was good considering how busy they were.

Great visit. Stepping into the foyer, I thought the music was a bit loud – but it was perfect in the Dining area, just perfect. Loud enough to hear and enjoy, soft enough that I had no problem hearing my server. Speaking of server’s, Talena (sp?) was excellent; always nearby, never intrusive (thank you, Talena!). The steak (11 ounce Sirloin) was very good; MR just as ordered (Talena double-checked to be sure), it was thick and juicy. The Broccoli and Mashed Potatoes were equally well done – thanks to the Cooking Crew. I had a very nice time – because EVERYTHING was done very well! This doesn’t happen by mistake; I work on the road and wish every Restaurant experience was this good. I think good management (and I’m guessing nice, kind leadership plays a role); Outback Team; thank you; really a great job. 🙂

Charles was an amazing waiter for us tonight! He was very attentive and friendly. The food was great as well. We were frequently checked on (but not too frequently if you know what I mean lol) to make sure our experience was seamless! Thunder from down under!! Can’t beat it.

Eric was our server and he was absolutely fabulous! He did such a great job! Our drinks were never empty , he smiled and was very attentive! He checked on us to make sure we were fine and that our food was perfect. The restaurant was clean and the window shades were open so it was bright and cheery! The staff was cheerful and very busy making sure the customers were taken care of!

We walked right in and got a table on Saturday night with no wait. The food was delicious and our server Kevin was awesome. Even when he got sat with a table of 11, he still was able to take good care of us. We love Outback and will keep coming back!
