This cozy place is great for casual conversation, friendly banter with strangers. Very engaging. Menu is expensive only when you see portion size. Oysters at 17 were 4 oysters sized about a quarter coin. Literally. Goat cheese balls were beat I’ve had ever, very well done. Pasta tasted like canned mushroom soup. Stuffed peppers were incredible. Very hit and miss but will go again just for the apps! My drink was so strong I didn’t finish it. Not my preference.

We enjoyed eating here in Midtown ATL for dinner. Lots of good appetizers and entrees and the drinks are pretty good. It is highly recommended to try their Fried Goat Cheese and everything the server recommended. Pretty good service and nice ambiance.

Ecco is one of my fav spots in the neighborhood. I enjoyed a glass of wine and appetizer on the patio, and it was delightful. Service is always attentive, and the food is DELISH. Tonight I paired a Sauvignon Blanc with the Beets and it was perfect. Highly recommend for your next solo night or date night!

I went to Ecco Midtown to celebrate a birthday and honestly it was a 10 out of 10 experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and warm. The service was amazing, especially María, who truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and made us feel at home the entire time. It felt like no matter what we needed, she was genuinely happy to help, and that’s something you really appreciate when dining out.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, especially at night. It’s perfect for celebrating a birthday or going with a group because they have a QR code system where everyone can pay for their own items. No splitting checks, no awkward math, just super easy and convenient, especially for larger parties.

Food wise, everything we ordered was delicious. I shared a charcuterie board with three friends and it was really good. We also ordered the tuna carpaccio, which was amazing and came with natural potato chips that were honestly a 10 out of 10. We ordered a pizza as well, I don’t remember the name but it had mushrooms and it was so good.

For drinks, my go to cocktail is an espresso martini and even though it wasn’t on the menu, they were able to make it for me. It was perfect, with a strong coffee flavor, which I personally love in an espresso martini.

Overall, Ecco Midtown was an incredible experience. Amazing food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great place to celebrate with friends and enjoy good food and cocktails, this is definitely a great option.

We came to Ecco Midtown yesterday to celebrate my birthday and started things off with cocktails at the bar. The plan was to just enjoy a drink before dinner elsewhere, but the bartender was so good that we decided to stay for the full experience. That was the right call.

We ordered a few small plates to start—fried goat cheese with honey, tuna carpaccio, and the stuffed piquillo peppers. Each one brought something different to the table, and everything was prepared with care. The goat cheese was warm and crisp with a perfect balance of salt and sweet from the honey. The tuna carpaccio was fresh, light, and clean. The peppers were flavorful and had just enough heat to keep things interesting.

From there, we moved to wine and shared the pappardelle, which was rich and well portioned. The pasta was cooked just right and had a comforting depth without being too heavy. The flow of the meal felt natural, with pacing that let us enjoy each course without feeling rushed.

We arrived early, around 6 pm, so the space was quiet and easygoing. That made the experience even better. The room felt relaxed, the service was attentive, and nothing about the evening felt forced.

If you’re looking for a place in Midtown with great cocktails, thoughtful food, and a team that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile, Ecco delivers. We’re already planning to come back.
