We went Friday evening. Our server Katerah was awesome and very attentive to our food and drink needs. Our food was superb. Had the Valentine’s 4 course meal for 2. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, an excellent medium rare. The smoked cinnamon pecan old fashion was the great ending to the meal.

While in Little Rock Arkansas last week visiting my sister, I decided to take a break and visit this location. I ordered my usual salmon, sweet potato (plain) and steamed broccoli. By the time my waiter came back to check on me after my meal was served I had eaten my salmon and baked potato so I definitely had no interest in him bringing me out a fresh steamed broccoli. I was a little surprised that he nor his manager made no offer of any type of discount after becoming aware of my complaint which I probably would have refused because things do happen from time to time and overall, part of the meal that I did consume was good.

Absolutely fantastic service.
Our server John was always right there when you needed something as if he predicted the exact moment your needs would manifest.
Beyond that it’s a typical Outback, but the food was cooked well and came out fast. Specifically the side salads arrived before we even finished ordering (which is a first for me).

Hubby and I wanted steak, we normally go to Tex RH or Lonestar but they were both packed with lines out the door. We decided to go to OB, where we were seated immediately , that should’ve been our first clue. We’ve eaten at OB before but just for wings and. Fries which we love. This night we wanted steak. I had the NY strip and my hubby had a ribeye, they looked delicious when they came out both cooked medium how like them, but the tasted funny, after the second or third try, we looked at each other and said the same thing, we couldn’t finish them , we took the home. I tried to season and have them with eggs for breakfast but they still tasted like liver or some other cut of meat. The steaks weren’t good at all. Not sure of how you mess up steak but we Won’t have them again..

Was not impressed.
Should have known when we walked in and instead of being welcomed in we were just looked at. Had to ask host for a table instead of just standing there making eye contact.
Bar was a mess, witnessed them put a bucket of ice they slide around the floor on top of clean glasses they still had not put away.
Bar tender spent most of her time trying to find the can opener and top to blender.
When drinks were made wait staff didn’t know what table they went to due to bartender soaking tickets. When wait staff would ask she replied “you know what you put in” so drinks would sit instead of being delivered.
No margarita glasses used and no salt on rim.
Had to ask for bread, table runner said that waitress had to request it. New policy she explained that they don’t just bring it out at the start of meal. Waitress said that was not true.
Salad was questionable with those toppings…see photo.
Meal took 2 hours to make it to our table. Didn’t eat meal was ready to go by time it arrived.
Didn’t see managers on floor. Had to ask for one.
Would not return.

Big kudos to the management at Outback Steakhouse. They recognized an issue, stepped up immediately, and addressed it the right way. That kind of accountability and leadership makes a real difference and shows they care about their customers’ experience. Well done Outback!!

Came last night for Valentine’s Day and we expected a wait but the service was subpar. Catherine our waitress was super rude and never went to check on our food and basically said the restaurant was full and we would just have to wait. Mind you the restaurant was not full at the time because of the weather. There was several tables who were getting their food but for some reason ours never came. When we told someone how rude she was all they said was we know. We needed up just leaving. Me and my wife eat here often and have never had this issue I really think it was the server and her incompetence.

We went to this location after Topgolf. It was after 7pm. The food and service were great. Everyone selected the Aussie 3 course meal for $14.99. The food was fresh and served in a timely manner. The portion size was average. We selected the cheesecake with raspberry sauce to go.

Food is always delicious and comes out fast. Kermit (i think that’s his name) is a wonderful server, very attentive. Expect to pay around $10-$20 per person, but it’s worth it!
