We ordered the Tasmanian shrimp & Lobster pasta. I called ahead to inquire on if we can ask for no red peppers as I previously purchased this pasta from Outback. They added so many peppers & so much juice from the peppers that it was unbearable to eat. However, staff stated that we could ask for No peppers and that the sauce was pre-made but left out that peppers were included in the sauce as well. We hung up and I placed an order online for pickup. Once we arrived, we checked our orders and it had red peppers on it. We inquired about the order with the young lady that brought out our food. She became agitated and argued that the red we saw in the pasta was lobster and that there was no peppers in it. We explained that they were in fact peppers and not lobster. She then stated that she would go get management. After speaking with this young lady, I then realized that she was the same one that took my call. I realized then that the miscommunication began there because she isn’t aware of what’s actually in the meals prepared. But thankfully she did get management. Two young ladies came out and they were absolutely amazing, understanding, and helpful. Everything was clarified and we were even given extra Alfredo sauce just in case we had the same problem with the overload of spice. (It’s understood that its a Tasmanian spicy pasta. However, spicy and unbearable to eat are 2 different things).

Amazing. The service was delightful and food was fresh. Aaliyah was great and very enlightening over the menu choices. Gave us breakdowns of different dishes. Ms. G was a breath of fresh air and took great control the dining room. She interacted with each table making sure that they were satisfied definitely would chose this location again.

I just had to share our experience…. Tonight Outback really touched my heart by showing kindness and compassion. My daughter and I came in to eat around 9pm, she was fully decked out in her prom dress, with tears in her eyes. Our waiter, Fred Jones, could tell she was upset, and after a short explanation, he immediately started doing everything within his power to make her feel better. Soon the entire staff joined in. She was brought cheesecake, then a thoughtful gift bag with an Outback drink bottle, an Outback stuffed Koala, some candy, an Outback mug, and an Outback hardback journal with a handwritten message “Don’t let anyone ever dull your sparkle” Outback crew. Then to top off that, they even comped our check. Plus the sweet, sweet Jannice, from the back, took time to come out with words of kindness and wisdom just to put a smile on my daughter’s face. I really appreciate all the effort that The Outback crew didn’t have to make, but did.

Tried the Tasmanian Shrimp and Lobster pasta with added mushrooms and it was perfectly delicious! From the manager Mr Kent and the waitress Nya making sure everything was perfect for my mother first visit we felt very appreciated. Thank you again for the wonderful experience my mom can’t wait to come back this weekend hahaha

The hostess was friendly, that was probably the best part of my dine in. The appetizer was great, I ordered the lunch special with the outback burger and fries. My fries were hot, but my burger was cold and the grilled onions were like ice and it was very sloppy. There was barely any lettuce on my burger and the buns were dry. Thank goodness for the KETCHUP! I expected more food choices as well, and will probably not revisit this location.

Today could have ended with such regret for choosing Outback for supper , however it turned into one of the BEST experience ever. Having to wait an hour just for our table , we weren’t even aggravated because the lady Allison was so super sweet and really walked around in the waiting area talking to people and making sure we were ok . It made waiting almost fun . She even offered us a free appetizer for waiting and we weren’t even complaining . When we got to the table , our waiter was above and beyond and very apologetic . Then the lady Gladys came to our table to check everything came out and she was one of the kindest and funniest people I’ve met . We were calling her Aunt Gladys by the end of the meal . The wait was long , the food took a little minute but the over all experience turned out to be an awesome night ! So thankful for people like Allison and Gladys who still believe that just being kind is enough even in some of the toughest moments ! Thanks Outback for the food and fun ! You’ve got something good with these two ladies ! You better keep them !
