Who doesn’t love this place? Drive thru and service is always the best. Food is always correct and fresh. Love the spicy chicken sandwiches and always treat myself to a chocolate shake. Usually get a side order of nuggets with the chicken fil a sauce!

I recently placed an order through the mobile app for my family’s dinner and requested a Spicy Cool Wrap without the cheese blend. When we picked up our curbside order, the team member explained that my wrap still had cheese because they “won’t make it without,” saying they only serve the wraps as advertised.
I asked why it wasn’t possible to simply make one at the prep counter without cheese, and she said it was against policy. I then asked if the policy was to not make things to order, and she confirmed that it was. I then spoke with the manager, who told me, “If we do it for one, we have to do it for all.” However, when I asked about customers with allergies or intolerances, she admitted exceptions could be made—which completely contradicted her earlier response. She suggested cheese could just be removed from other menu items, but that isn’t what I ordered. I wanted the wrap.
To confirm, I called the Killeen location afterward, and they told me they are able to remove cheese from wraps. Looks like I’ll be going there from now on.
I left very disappointed in both the service and the lack of flexibility. Having worked at this location years ago, and more recently at the Temple location, I know it is possible to accommodate simple requests like this. It’s disheartening to see how much the standard of customer service and quality has slipped here.

Sissy is truly the heart of this Chick-fil-A! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel like family. She didn’t just stop by once—she visited every single table, refilling drinks, checking in, and sparking conversations that felt genuine and warm. It wasn’t the usual “How’s your food?”, she took the time to laugh with us, share stories, and brighten the entire dining room.
It’s rare these days to meet someone in customer service who carries so much joy and care into their work, but Sissy is that person. She’s a kind soul who goes above and beyond, making the experience memorable for everyone she meets. Chick fil A is lucky to have her, employees like Sissy are the reason people keep coming back!

Placed an order today. They forgot my sandwich, and doing so I had to come back for them to place another order. This staff did not even apologize for the inconvenience of me driving back. I asked if they can give me a drink with the meal since I had to drive all the way back to the store. The manager on shift told me she gave me fries for the inconvenience. Thank you for the fries but now my drink is hot and I would have enjoyed a nice cold drink to down this food. I guess this is the way Stephen Kennedy likes to run his store. Maybe some training on being kind and apologizing to customers who spend a good amount of money for having to drive out of the way to get their food they paid for.

I ordered 2 things. Literally 2 things. Chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. They messed up the sandwich. I asked for just cheese on it, the worker even asked for clarification. There’s a special label on the box they gave me, and they still put tomatoes, lettuce and pickles.
Honestly, it’s not that difficult to just put chicken and cheese in a bun. There was like 1 car behind me and one ahead of me, so it wasn’t super busy either. Disappointing and overpriced.

I love Chick-fil-A but this location is one of my favorite ! Service is great as always, restaurant is always clean. Tables are well sanitized and kids play area is clean . Associates are always helpful and friendly. I love their events! My daughter was so excited to interact with the police and firefighters ! She had a blast. I’m giving 4 stars because of the bathroom. The bathroom has always a weird smell. I go there a lot but the smell is always the same .

My order was placed in the drive thru and the food bag was warm enough but when I got home my Orginal chicken fil A sandwich was Stale and the waffle fries cool to the touch and rubbery. So going to the drive thru doesn’t mean you’ll get fresh food. I will definitely check my order before leaving.

This is a nice new looking Chick-fil-A. The employees are nice! They have a gluten free bun for the grilled sandwich so that is great! I ordered my food to go and the only bad thing I have to say is my sandwich was supposed to have pepper jack cheese and bacon and it did not. They also did not put any napkins in the bag. But really you can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A.

I was there on Saturday and I placed in a mobile order! There were so many employees standing there, that no one notified me what the hold up was for! The cheese wasn’t melted on any of my sandwiches, I wasn’t greeted and when I brought this to the MOD’s attention, Wyatt and all he had to say was “I just got here!” Absolutely ridiculous! Customer service would definitely need some help.
