We had a good time. The staff was very friendly and very nice. That atmosphere was a little cramped and very loud. They could probably use some sound dampening panels to reduce the volume. The food was overall very good though my pasta was a bit underdone in spots. Though the chicken and shrimp were fantastic. We ordered some strawberry alcoholic drinks. They were not fully combined so the alcohol was mostly on top but I just started it in and it was fine. The main issue I had with the drink was they put a half strawberry on the rim and all the strawberries were kind of… Let’s say not the freshest.

Manager David, Manager in Training Ashley, and Server Trelli (Montrell) made our dining experience memorable. Despite the fact that the last Delmonico was sold out from under my friend they bent over backwards above and beyond to make sure we had good food and a good time. My favorite part of the night was when David offered us jokingly a koala pillow. That was so funny. My friend a d I will be joking forever about it. The food and drinks were delicious. Ashley was so personable and Trelli gave us top notch service. Big Thank you to all 3 of them. Look forward to coming back soon!!!

My boyfriend and I went for lunch on Sunday and want to thank CHII for amazing above and beyond service. He was kind, pleasant, attentive and extremely respectful. He listened well and was able to answer all my questions and he new the menu well. He kept our waters full and came around to check on us , the perfect amount of times. It seems like finding good service is rare anymore , but amazing service doesn’t exist until Chii waited on us. Thank you Chii for making our dining experience so pleasant.

We ate there last night. The food was all undercooked. The noodles didn’t seem cooked fully the steak wasn’t cooked to ask, we had to go find someone to ask for bread. When asking we had to ask again 10 minutes after the first time asking. The server never showed up until after we started eating. When she had only 1 other table. I get it it’s close to to closing but food should always be cooked properly and we shouldn’t have to go search for someone to get anything. The bartender was probably the only helpful person last night.

Decent food and atmosphere. Waitress was a little busy / distracted / non responsive to multiple requests even after the number of tables she had settled down. Blooming onion seems to be a little less greasy than is has been in the past.

Great food, but horrible service. My server literally ignored me for the first 10 minutes I was sitting there walking past me. I wasn’t brought bread until I asked.. then there were many times I asked for a straw, certain items on the menu he would say okay then never come back with what I asked. Never again
