I had a fairly long wait for 2pm. There were more workers than customers and it still took over 10 minutes to get my order of a small fry and a cheeseburger. But otherwise everything was correct and the store was clean and the food was good.

Update to the review – changed to 3 stars. I did hear back from the GM and they did give me a refund. The manager I talked to at the restaurant was very nice and I appreciated the refund.
I am going to try my best to never come back to this place ever again. We placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant this morning, a little bit after the order was placed. The drive-through line was crazy, so we parked at a curbside spot and checked in. We sat there for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, until we saw at least 10 cars come through the drive-through and receive their food. I went in and politely asked about the status of my order and was told by the employee working the counter, “We’re really backed up right now.” Thank you, Captain Obvious. At this point, I had to drive someone back to a class about 10 minutes away. I drove back there and back to McDonald’s while someone waited in the curbside spot. That took about another 25 minutes with no food. We didn’t get our food until 45 minutes after ordering. I then went in and asked the same employee working the counter if I could speak to the manager. I was polite about it and waited patiently. I started talking to another customer and moved across the front to talk to them and saw the same employee talking with another employee, no manager in sight. I waited a few minutes, and the manager never came. I was never rude to this employee, and sorry that you were having a bad day or have a bad attitude, but I didn’t do anything to warrant that kind of treatment. Maybe if you don’t want to work in customer service, you should look for a job other than McDonald’s.

Employees playing and talking instead of working. On their phones instead of taking care of the line of customers. Employees crying that they are busy when they only have 2 cars and no one in the building. Food was burnt and the food barely had the ingredients that go on the sandwiches. It took 20 minutes to get our food. From someone who has been fast food business for 12 years I recommend retraining and new management.

It seems like every single time I go there, the food has been sitting under a warmer for too long. Almost every single time with no fail, they mess up a special request on my order. I’m a pretty understanding person, but this is just plain ridiculous. I ordered 2 of these, no extra onion and sauce as requested and the bagel is pretty hard to be honest. I don’t normally post things like this, I like to give every place the benefit of the doubt, but this place takes the cake for the worst McDonald’s in what I would guess would be the entire county. There is no point in calling and getting the food made AGAIN because I literally just had to call a few days ago because I ordered 6 sandwiches and only received 4 and only ONE of those sandwiches were correct. When I called, I’m not sure who answered but they were rude about it and when I did get new sandwiches they were sloppily put together. Just by looking at the new food I could see I upset someone by having them do their job. At this point, I don’t think this McDonald’s will be getting my business anymore.

The management at this store needs replacing! No accountability at all after 27 mins stand waiting for our food I said I want refund I’m leaving ! The manager came out tried to give me refund but couldn’t give me receipt because they can’t even refill the paper in the machine let alone make your food . I personally watched 4 ppl plus myself get refunds !!!!

This may be the dirtiest McDonald’s. Presentation is horrible with vests behind the counter and employee of the month papers look like kindergarten decorations. The grumbling long haired employee pretty much throws you your food in discust and clearly does not want to be there with is jeans that haven’t been washed in awhile

Update on this review…my son and I both got food poisoning from this slop. This is the forth time getting food poisoning from this location. Stay away. Go somewhere else. I’m on a mission now to have this location shut down.
