I made an order on the updated app. Everything looked good, got a confirmation and then a receipt. However, the store never got my order. The employees were very nice and helpful trying to figure out the problem. We did not figure out the problem however. BUT, they were very nice and made my order while I was there! Long story short, there appears to be a problem with the new updated app. To all of the employees and especially to the lady at the register. Thank you for your help and time with my situation, Dave. 0 stars isn’t an option. After almost 30 minutes of total invested time, they still couldn’t get my order right. Overall demeanor of the employees was poor. I’ve worked in fast food, and honestly I can say it felt they hated their lives and didn’t care if they did their jobs right.

Slowest “fast food” restaurant i have ever been to . Consistantly takes over 25 mins to complete a order for three people. Have waited over 45 minutes when the drive through and parking lot were empty besides employees. Overall makes me think less of the town as a whole

I waited over 20 mins for 2 DRINKS and no one even came to the front register. Finally when she did I asked her if I could have the drinks I order and she was a real c*nt and throw the cups at me. I will never go there again and don’t recommend any one else to either.

It seems like every single time I go there, the food has been sitting under a warmer for too long. Almost every single time with no fail, they mess up a special request on my order. I’m a pretty understanding person, but this is just plain ridiculous. I ordered 2 of these, no extra onion and sauce as requested and the bagel is pretty hard to be honest. I don’t normally post things like this, I like to give every place the benefit of the doubt, but this place takes the cake for the worst McDonald’s in what I would guess would be the entire county. There is no point in calling and getting the food made AGAIN because I literally just had to call a few days ago because I ordered 6 sandwiches and only received 4 and only ONE of those sandwiches were correct. When I called, I’m not sure who answered but they were rude about it and when I did get new sandwiches they were sloppily put together. Just by looking at the new food I could see I upset someone by having them do their job. At this point, I don’t think this McDonald’s will be getting my business anymore.

Manager yelled at us because we came in to eat before lobby closed. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally. We didn’t know what time the lobby closed. Manager definitely needs to work on customer service skills.

Not the best place to get a meal in Union City. It’s food but definitely not fast. World famous fries are often lukewarm or cold and salt is hit or miss. Sandwiches are prepared and presented as a sloppy mess. Owner should take note of all the dissatisfaction and make improvements, but that is not occurring as the money keeps rolling in. The team really needs better training, oversight and supervision. There are several places in UC to get a quick meal with much better food and service. Subway is top notch. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Stop throwing your money away to an owner who clearly does not care about customer service.
