It’s been a long time since I last ate here. With only two locations in the Kansas City area, the pickings are very slim. I came for the Kookaburra wings and decided to have dinner too. The wings are still the best in the city!! Dinner was very good too. Everything was hot, delicious and flavorful. I will be definitely coming back soon!

We visited Outback Steakhouse in Overland Park, KS for the Veterans Day complimentary 3-course meal, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Madison, the hostess, was on 1000%! Her customer service was beyond outstanding — she stayed engaged, was genuinely interested, and most importantly, friendly the entire time. Even after a quoted 90-minute wait (which ended up being only about an hour), she greeted us with the same positive energy and kindness when we returned.
Our server, David, also did a great job making sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious — perfectly cooked steaks and great portions all around.
As a small suggestion to the Outback brand, I’d love to see the décor get a little refresh — maybe add more plants or foliage, some signature accents, and upgraded tables to really elevate the atmosphere.
Overall, we’re all very thankful and grateful for the experience. Three veterans left happy, full, and appreciated. Thank you, Outback Overland Park, for making us feel valued!

Food was good, service was a bit slow, and forgetful at times. We received our appetizer before our drinks. We asked for ranch for our blooming onion, because it had too much seasoning. But didn’t get it until after we reminded them when they brought our meals.

Outback has been one of my favorite steakhouse, but this time it was a little disappointing. I ask for Tabasco and Ai sauce and didn’t get it untill I was done eating, they forgot my asparagus, but my steak was good. The platypus drink “actually forgot the name of the drink” was really good.

Ordered to go from Outback and it was one of the best to go steaks I’ve ever had. The filet was perfectly seared on the top, and the potato was fresh and warm. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was an 8 and half. Tried the mozzarella boomerangs they were crisp and fresh. Usually, food to go is not fresh but this was just like eating in the restaurant!

1st I want To say Outbacks bread is absolutely delicious and really the only reason I/ we still go there.
Took forever to get our food,which is pretty much the norm, as it’s almost always that way.
They’ve recently changed the delishies seasonings to a spicy miix of which makes the great tasting filet a hot mess.
We went last Saturday and ordered the normal meal. 2- 8 oz filet mignon, and the meat was so spicy, she was unable to even eat 1/4 of it and ended up throwing it in the trash.
The server did finally see the uneatin meat on her plate and did offer to recoil a new steak, however it was much to late to attempt a new steak. The manager, also offered to replace it. And did end up taking it off our bill.
An again that was much to little much to late in my opinion.

Outback is one of my favorite chains. Their Melbourne Porterhouse steak was delicious, my wife had a sirloin which was not cooked as requested. The service was below what I previously experienced at other locations. Overall atmosphere was okay, but a lot of disengaged staff.

Today we went with my family for the first time .. and I will tell you the food is tasty .. meat as I like chubby and well cooked but what I like the most and made me feel special especially in these times where everyone seems to hate LATINOS .. is the kindness with which the reception girl opened the door so that we could go out and smiled at us wishing for a nice day … I love him .. First time every going to any outback and it was a 10/10! I got the pick 3, started with a Ceasar salad which was perfectly dressed, then the Bloomin fried chicken with a baked potato- so GOOD!! We got a desert to take home as well with that deal. Boyfriend got a 6 oz sirloin with fries and said it was the best steak he’s had. Service was fantastic, atmosphere was enjoyable, and wait times weren’t too long. All around a great experience!
