An Outstanding Dining Experience, Thanks to Cassidy!
My recent visit was absolutely superb! The food was incredible—everything from the crispy, flavorful appetizer (the Bloomin’ Onion-style item was ‘On Another Level’!) to the expertly cooked steaks was perfection. The steak-and-shrimp plate was hearty, the loaded baked potato and sautéed mushrooms were delicious complements, and the steak salad with a generous portion of meat was fresh and satisfying. The drinks were also fantastic and fun (especially the one with the cute koala topper!).
What truly elevated our evening, though, was our waitress, Cassidy. She was phenomenal! Cassidy was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She checked on us at all the right moments, made sure our drinks were always full, and genuinely made us feel valued as customers. She clearly takes pride in her service, and it shows.
This was a five-star meal with five-star service. We will definitely be back, and we’ll be sure to ask for Cassidy!

Party of two, walked in and was seated right away by a friendly greeter. Our first time to Outback and our server was awesome and very knowledgeable of the menu. I highly recommend the blooming mozzarella boomerangs. Along with the filet mignon and lobster tail combo for a delicious win.

Worst drinks ive ever had. The bartender tried twice at attempting to make an old fashion. $12 for bottom shelf whiskey, and made incorrectly. Food service was mediocre at best. Honestly, go somewhere else.

Waiter was really nice and attentive. But food was not as good as expected. I have had better steaks at other franchises and the sauce on the blooming chicken was less than desirable. Mac n cheese bites also didn’t have any flavor unless dipped the the ranch sauce it came with. A little pricey for the quality of the food we got.

I ordered the New York Style Cheesecake. It was roughly $13.00 (ordered through DoorDash) and this is what I got.
It’s a tiny piece of cheesecake that appears to have a scoop taken out of it.
I also got cheese fries and a side salad. They were edible, for the most part. The salad ingredients have seen better days, which made a good half of it very questionable and therefor not edible.
They also forgot the bread but included 4 things of butter and an actual tub or ranch.

Wow, what a gourmet experience! If you love your cheeseburgers burnt to a crisp (my kids couldn’t even eat it) and your steak made entirely of fat with a hint of shoe leather, this is the place for you. I asked for medium rare, but apparently “well-done and flavorless” was the special of the day. And the service? Truly impressive — they managed to ignore us almost the entire time! It’s not every day you get to pay premium prices for cafeteria-quality food and zero hospitality. Bravo, Outback. Truly unforgettable.

4/26/25. I was served a half rotton potato and my steak was raw. I ordered well done. Waitress was lazy we had a stack of dishes hanging on end of the table. Management came out. I asked if she would eat the potato. She said no. I offered her $100 to eat it for me. Once again said no. Another manager I believe brought my new plate out. Steak was half fat. He got smart with me and I said now is not the time. I stood up and let everyone in the restaurant know I was served a rotton potato and raw steak and set back down to eat. I asked him to get out of my face and he wouldn’t. I said do I need to call the cops. He instantly grabbed my plate from in front of me while I was trying to cut steak and said your out of here. Never once did he apologize or anything. I told him he is just asking for lawsuits serving rotton food. I gave this place an hour to fix the issue but it just got worse. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!!! That potato was served on purpose there is no way it as an accident. Has to be washed, then cooked and cut open, then it was prepped with toppings, and even the waitress should have seen it. It made it through all of that. Management is to blame here all day I can tell ya. I will be having local authorities look into this buisness!

Ordered bloomin onion, it was ok. A bit greasy. Had steak, salad and baked potatoes. The steak was so over seasoned with pepper you couldnt even taste that it was beef. Also had the margarita flight (that was pretty good). Not worth the over $100 for the meal. We did get the least expensive steak.
Kid near us kept kicking the bench under the table, it was loud and annoying.
Will not be going back.

My wife and I went here today 1/18/26 and this was the worst experience I have had in a while at a restaurant. The blooming onion was burnt, we ask for another one because this one was so burnt we couldn’t it. They send out another one, still burnt but we just dealt with it. Then I got a prime rib and they brought me out a sirloin steak. Which is a lot less cheaper and not nearly as good. I asked to speak to a manager and they tried to still play off they gave me a prime rib when it was 100% a sirloin. I worked at a meat processing business for over a decade. It was nearly $70 and this was by far the worst food I’ve ever had and they 100% tried to rip me off and did by trying to play off a cheap sirloin and a prime rib. Don’t waste your money or time here.
