We went at the perfect time. Hardly anyone was there. The food was very hot and fresh. I cannot complain. I got the boneless rib eye and he got the bone-in rib eye . Dont mind the pictures. We ate before taking them!

Came in and the food we ordered was amazing. I ordered a to go steak that was suppose to be medium and the inside was basically rare and the outside was burnt. Just a warning if you order steak to go please check your container. The food we didn’t take to go was 10/10, very disappointed in the take home steak.

Visited Outback Steakhouse in Greenfield and had another great experience. Manager Branda stayed on top of the entire service and made sure our food came out on time. Her attention to customers and professionalism truly stand out.

My daughter wanted to come here to kick off her bday week since she’s never been and based on the experience I had in Vegas which was amazing.

Never ever will we dine here again. The host at the front door was very welcoming & nice. It only took about 10-15 mins to be seated. Pretty good timing! How waitress Jayline came and introduced herself as our server everything was cool. Given my daughter or niece has never been here we took time to view the menu before deciding what to order. We placed an order for appetizers & order entrees at the same time. My salad came out first and it wasn’t that tasty but it was okay. Good timing as well. Following that our appetizers came out and entrees not too long after. Our waitress was fine until we started eating. I don’t know she was mad that I asked to order an additional of loaded mashed potatoes no bacon for my 8 month old but her attitude became so nasty for no reason. As we were eating instead of her helping others she decided to stand there and stare at us while we were eating, then she kept coming to the table trying to take our food that we were not done eating yet away & literally trying to rush us out. Then she came back for the tenth time to ask how we were paying for the bill and when I said card she rudely put the machine in my face assuming I didnt already know how to pay when the machine was sitting in front of me the entire time I was at the table and again this was not my first time here but it’s her tone and rudeness that got me because again we literally did nothing to her. After that I decided to ask for the manager and oh why did I do that. He introduced hisself in a nice way but after I explained to him what my daughters, niece and I experienced with Jayline rudeness and anger he acted as if he was so disappointed yet when he walked away we literally observed him walking towards Jayline because she stood right in the door way listening to what I was explaining to him. For this to be a manger is concerning considering this is customer service and it was poorly executed during our experience. He literally disregarded the experience we had and again this was for my daughter bday celebration start. I’m glad to know the manager and his staff found us having a negative experience was so funny. They poorly represented Outback and I hope no one else has a similar experience with Jaylin and a manager who supports poor customer service. I can’t remember his name but both are pictured here. I hope Jaylin is re-taught what consistency looks like when providing customer service while working in the customer service field. Having a stale face and nasty attitude is uncalled for and unacceptable

Shout out to Outback Steakhouse for honoring veterans today on Veterans Day 2025. They provided a 3 course meal complimentary to veterans. The food was amazing, our server Eryn was outstanding with hospitality and her friendly demeanor. It was so nice to see so many veterans there tonight enjoying great food and company. Thank you to all veterans for your service!

Our server Kaylee (sp?) took our order quickly enough and we ordered the entire meal (apps, beverages and entrees). She said that our drinks and bread would be right out and the Bloomin Onion shortly thereafter. Had to flag her down almost 10 minutes later as no beverages nor bread appeared. Another employee then brought our beverages and a few minutes later our Bloomin Onion was brought out by another staff member. An appropriate time elapsed and our entrees were delivered by yet another different staff member. We tried to get our server’s attention as she was fairly close to our table but never turned in our direction. We were able to ask another employee whom we believe was a bus person for help with drink refills as well as the bread that was never brought to us as well as to go containers. A few minutes more went by after we packed up our leftovers and were able to get the attention of another server who advised Kaylee that we were ready to pay.
The one star review for service is specifically directed at Kaylee. All other staff members provided excellent service.
The 3 stars for food relates to our Bloomin Onion that had at least 2 layers of onion peel which had to be spat out.
My daughter and I both ordered 13 Oz rib eyes and each of them were comprised of @ 50% fat.
This was our second visit to this location since October when we had an exceptional experience and the rib eyes had the perfect amount of marbling.

The food was great. But we had a little issue with service. I don’t know if it was just a bad day. Or if we weren’t the the right people for the staff. Everyone that weren’t our color. Where being literally bothered by multiple staff. We were walked past and outright ignored. For nearly an hour. We were starting to lose our patience. Then finally got one staff member to help. Then we tried to order one dessert to share we both got a dessert with our meal. So we asked for one to go. Then our actual server asked us about our dessert. They ended up bringing multiples. But we said we already got what we ordered. So They had to find something to do with Three other desserts. Omg. A complete cluster F. We finally got done and then our Bill had something added we didn’t order and after they fixed that. Then they under charged us and I had to have them correct that . Then our Gift Card wouldn’t work on the machine by our table. But worked when they took it somewhere else to run it. We were glad to get back in our truck and head back to our house.

Went for a dinner with my family. Seated quickly and had a really nice waitress. Was informed later by a manager that an item was no longer available after I ordered and replaced the food item with another, which was fine. However that change was not reflected on the bill but was quickly resolved by our waitress. Food was very good and came out cooked to requested temperature. Recommend a peitie tenderloin on the kids menu, easy for kids to chew. Overall had a great first experience here and would go back. The bread was amazing!

Very nice meal. My steak was dry and chewy. Our server quickly got the manager who took care of a replacement steak quickly and it was amazing. She asked if she could have them make it the way she likes it. I’m glad I said go ahead. It melted in my mouth. And it was the first time I had the Alice Springs Chicken. I’m hooked. Overall, a little pricey but the quality was worth it. And I haven’t had a server that attentive in a long time.

I cut into my burger and it was raw. I ordered medium rare. The waiter took a long time to come back to check on our table. They apologized and brought me a new burger. It took a while though and I got my food after my friends were long finished. It came out and was raw again. The staff member I showed it to the second time said that’s how medium rare is I said this is raw…Thankfully the third time they brought it out it was cooked right. Burger was tasty.

French onion soup was good.
