10 tables empty, and our server could not serve our salads, because too busy flirting w a table of male customers as I watched, she never checked on us, had to flag her but she thought I was asking for the check, we were waiting for entry, never cleared dirty dishes between serves never bothered to ask if we needed refills for drinks, told me I was disrespectful for calling her out and her poor service, ended up the owner offering to comp our meals because service was so poor. Thank you, I wasn’t looking for that. Never call your customer rude be because it cuts into your flirt time. And.. don’t you love it when the owner says, ” Oh, Wow, she’s out best server..”
Must learn this snide remark in keeping customers happy class.
Not a place if you’re dieting. Not many healthy options
My fiances son ordered the blooming onion. I didn’t remember how blackened it was like the one was tonight. And it tasted burnt. I thought they were supposed to be a golden color but I guess not.
Fiances steak was under cooked and she said too much seasoning.
I was going to order a salad because of the excessive prices for their entrees, it was priced more reasonable than the other entrees. Guess what, no lettuce at all.
So I settled for an appetizer with a side of mashed potatoes. No butter for the potatoes and some seasoning would have been nice, but they apparently used all the seasoning on my fiancees steak lol
lol
I normally prefer locally owned and operated restaurants because the quality of food is usually better, and my money stays local. But the birthday boy wanted to go here so here it sadly was.
The bad:
the portion sizes were laughably small for the price.
The shrimp was so excessively seasoned (salty) I couldn’t finish it.
The real kicker was the toppings for a full size baked potato. See photos.
