Went here while at DTW Airport on 8/24/23. I had the Alice Springs Omelet. I sent it back due to it being burnt and tasting rubbery. They made me a new Omelet and it was still burnt and rubbery in taste. Do not get breakfast there. The server was nice but the Chef clearly did not know how to cook.

was denied service and could not eat !!! no one was in there , he was extremely rude and said he is not allowing to go orders so then i asked can i sit down he denied me . he said they only had one server but no one was in there . but two people so then well i ask if i had someone order my food and sit down may they order it for me and he said no they have to order a drink in order to sit down. he was very dismissive and rude and i found it funny that i wasn’t able to to sit down just because i am black ethnicity but others are allowed to sit down in eat then he said that if someone sit down at the bar they had to order a drink and could not just order food . it was only 2 people in the restaurant and he denied me service saying it was only one server and the 2 people already had there food . very poor staff and service . extremely rude

i didn’t get her name but the blonde lady who works at this location is a bad server don’t waste your time. took way to long to get our order going with barely anyone sitting down and just making long conversation with others instead of doing her job. absolutely sucks!!!! when we wanted to check on the status of our order she had an attitude and asked if we wanted to cancel our order. the only “nice” guy was the guy behind the bar that also barely acknowledged me but at least he asked me if i had been helped yet. idk just a waste of time eat literally anywhere else.

Food was poorly made, the fettuccini was dry with a puddle of oil at the bottom of it in the takeout tray almost no fettinchini sauce added, the steak was supposed to be medium rare and came out dry as a bone. The Shrimp had way too much salt & mostly pepper. It was also slimy when eaten which means it was old shrimp. What I ordered online in the picture is not what I received. False advertisment. Either change your pictures of menu items to fit the actual meal you make at your store & on your website or find better Cooks. Very displeased with service & it was purchased with a gift card for my Birthday.
