Went the other night and it was a successful dinner as usual from here, my husband loves their bone in pork chop and I’m a big fan of their chicken and steaks! The sides all have a good flavor and the kids menu is perfect if you have little ones. The servers are always spot on and the food came out in a timely manner even though the restaurant was full.

I work in retail and specialize in customer service. I was a little hesitant to go in to outback, because the last few times a year ago we had been in, the experience was not so good. We tried it again February 15 at 2 o’clock. We were seated quickly, service was on point, as we sat in a booth in the bar. The meal and appetizers all flowed perfectly. There was plenty of staffing, and every one of them moving quickly, smiling and gracious. The bartender even overheard me say to my wife that it was her birthday, and they brought out a piece of cheesecake with a candle in it for her at the end of our meal. We did not ask for it. Just a really nice touch. All in all, great job, Outback.. your team deserves kudos

Food was good. Everything was high quality. Service was good though it took longer than expected. The problem with this place is the atmosphere. We got there just after opening. The front door was covered in finger prints. The glass was dirty and smeared up. There was dust in the entry way. There were food crumbs in the menu and one of my plates was not washed as well as it should be. The place has no noticeable decor theme and it was pretty dead in there. Just a few customers. I don’t know how the manager walks in every day and doesn’t notice the condition of the door and the glass. These are simple things that can be done and it’s the first thing a customer sees.

Our server, Peyton, was absolutely amazing. Very clean, cool atmosphere. But not too loud, and the prices are very reasonable. The Bloomin’ Burger was outstanding. Cooked and season to perfection. Easily in the Top 25 Best Burgers I’ve ever had. Went with my family and they also enjoyed their meals. My son particularly loves the bread and a ate a loaf all by himself!

I love me some outback. Unfortunately, everytime I go to the one in Avon it’s always a problem! From the dining in to the take out/curbside. Why nobody ever in the curbside area. You have to always wait 5-8 minutes before someone even acknowledges you being there to take the order. Ughhh. Now the dine in experience was horrible. I order the 7 layer cake, their wings, and a fry. I asked for the cake to come out first, which came out last. I always order my desert first so that I can actually enjoy before being full and not wanting it. I didn’t receive it until she bought the bill out which defeated the purpose. And I’m not even going to talk about how the chocolate wasn’t adhered to the cake. I asked for ketchup multiple time for my fries, after watching my waiter take silverware to one table, taking steak sauce to another one, refilling water, and ketchup to another table i never received my ketchup. The wings continue to go up in price and shrink by size. I will not be back to that Outback!

I’ll start with the positive. The lady doing curbside orders was very nice and polite. Sadly that is about all I can say. I did a curbside order, got to a parking spot, never got a link to check in, so I was sitting there for over 30 minutes waiting on my food. Finally after the 30 minutes, the poor lady who was doing her best taking all the orders to customers asked my name and when I told my name to her, she looked shocked and realized I had been waiting for awhile. She was very apologetic but his was not her fault. I never got a link to check in and she had tons of other orders to tend to so how was she supposed to know I was here. She brought me my food, apologized again which again not her fault and was super nice about it. But because my food sat there forever, it was cold and just not enjoyable. Not sure where the flaw was in the system but something must be messed up since I never got a link to check in. I only ever got an email about my order being received. For paying $75 this was just extremely disappointing

Great servers, but way too salty, the ribeye was chewy and the chicken sandwich was dry and salty again. The only great side fish was the salad. The blooming onion you can only eat so much due to the fact it contains tons of deep fried fat.

Nice and clean! Service was great, drinks were quick! Apps came out quick and hot as well! My only complaint was that the food came out shortly after I received my app, but that was probably.my problem for ordering too quickly! Overall a great experience!

Celebrating 43rd anniversary thought what could be better than the Outback. Could not have had a better service – very attentive and personable without hovering. If you come here ask for Cayla!
Started with mushrooms. Boy, is that a large serving. Sorry, no picture just couldn’t wait. Thought the wife would help but left on my own. Down sized the blooming chicken to lunch accordingly. If you liked the onion, you will like the chicken. I added the loaded potato which perfection!
Wife went with shrimp and fries. Really enjoyed the sauce it was severed with. She enjoyed the bread while I ate the mushrooms.
All in all, a great meal!!!
