I had Andrew as my waiter and let me just say he was very attentive. We started off with some drinks n appetizers and later on some boils. He also suggest some options for us which was very helpful. Everything came out amazing! I had a great experience coming to this location and the service was fantastic. Will be coming back !

Ok so tonight was a crazy busy night. I mea everyone has tax money or pay for the week and it’s a Friday. I watched Andrew ( I hope I’m getting this right if not I’m putting the time at the end) I watched him make 15-20 drinks and wait tables and attend to me at the bar in the span of 15 mins. I wasn’t here long I was picking up a to go order and decided to get a drink at the bar. He was still so nice and kind. I mean I watched him push through it like a champ. If you read this you waited the table in front of the bar the table on the side on the bar and then went to work on drinks immediately after and honestly I hope you’re getting the pay you deserve. You guys gave me my drink for free but I was waiting patiently and didn’t want to interrupt your groove you had going and I wanted to tip. Anyways I’ll be back.

They have the plumpiest crawfish that I’ve ever seen. The turnover rate was phenomenal! Everything was hot and fresh. The drinks were great and our waitress Rasha was very knowledgeable about the food. Very attentive. Very sweet. And they even have a list of where all their seafood comes from. Highly recommend!

Our experience at Hook & Reel was amazing, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Nico. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. The restaurant was busy, but Nico never missed a beat. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out perfectly, and he checked on us just enough without being overbearing. His positive attitude and great service really elevated the entire meal. Hook & Reel is lucky to have him, and we’ll definitely be back because of the service he provided.

This one of me and my daughters favorite spots to frequent. They are consistent and never lets me down, ever. And they have specials! My favorite is Tia. I have had Tia (waitress) plenty of times and she is very attentive and polite. I will request her and recommend this location (Roseville) every time. 5 stars.
