Got seated quick
Nice server but she forgot a lot of things(refilling drinks, plates for bread, extra plate for sharing). She also spilled water on the table by my dad while trying to pour his water-she cleaned it up though.
My mom’s burger was not medium well, it was medium rare.
My fiancés pasta was plainer than he’d like.
Atmosphere was decent
The chicken in the pasta was good

Food was really good. Way too much dressing on the Caesar salad. It was too much first time, trip 2 tried it again, & still too much. Steak was really good, baked potato really good, Coconut Shrimp were big and tasty, ordered Chocolate Thunder to go, and they packed it up and it was a walnut brownie when I got home. Still tasty. Will still give it a 3rd try.

I went out to dinner around 9pm and hardly anyone was there . After being seated it took 10 minutes for our server to come and roughly 20-25 minutes for our food to come out. Our server was also the bartender which I found odd and assume that’s why it took so long to be served . Our portion size looked like we ordered from the kids menu and definitely didn’t equate to the $40 spent for the food. The service , portion size , and quantity of the food was ridiculous and we left still being hungry .

Update: I tried the contact form twice as suggested but have yet to receive the courtesy of a response. Pleeeeese tell me why????!

Why do you have platypus punch on the menu but you don’t have the platypus??????? This makes me sad and disappointed. It’s barely been on the menu and they don’t have the platypus. I’ve had a lifelong obsession with them so when we saw this on the menu we made a special trip. We’ve called the restaurant to ask when we can get one but management did not return phone calls. Service at this location is usually awesome—not so much on the weekends tho. But during the week the hostess is fantastic! Love the salad and baked taters here. Lots of good options. But I will be miffed for a while about the lack of a platypus for the platypus punch. Made a special trip for it 2x! Much like our wedding night I got excited for nothing (too much tequila punch.) If you advertise a platypus, you should have a platypus. And you should return phone calls

I don’t know who hires the wait staff here, but they are REALLY good at their job. I have never had a bad waiter here. My absolute favorite waiter I have ever had works here (and I’m so upset I can’t remember his name), and even when I get a different waiter they are always so attentive and good. Like these guys are one step short of Disney World when it comes to getting you what you want.

The food is also good, but no better than any other Outback.

Stopped in for a quick snack and a beer. One of the worst experiences ever. Staff completely ignored us (2 of us) when we walked in. After several minutes of just standing there we decided to just sit at the bar (thinking that would be easier). Bartender scoffed when we sat down, even though we were the only two sitting there. Took 10 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order. 7 empty dirty tables surrounding the bar. When we finally did get our food, the server was no where to be found. Had to ask for our check. Never once did I see a staff member smile, say thank you, not only to us but other patrons as well. Witnessed other diners frustration as well. Happy to never go back.

We waited on our food for about 90 minutes.
When it was almost ready to come out the server informed us they were out of potatoes!
We were there celebrating two birthdays. The shrimp had very little seasoning and was cold. Sweet tea was not sweet. When we complained to the manager she apologized and offered the two birthdays a free desert…the cheesecake tasted sour. So disappointed. We will not return. I heard several customers complaining to the manager.

Torn review here, but something serious takes the cake… Ordered take out. Delmonico steak, salad, broccoli. Nothing fancy.

Get back home and the steak was awesome. Cook the way I wanted. Good flavor. But the salad, that’s where it went south. I specifically asked for no onions and when I popped the lid, it appeared to have none. BUT – One bite in and the burning & inflammation started. I didn’t SEE them, but the juice, flavor, burning and inflammation that flooded my tongue & throat doesnt lie. I bet this was a pre-prepped salad that they simply “took the onions off”… No other way I can think this would happen.

Be advised. Dine at your own risk.

I just want to remind everyone: when you do curbside takeout, look at your food before you drive off. For my son’s birthday on June 3rd, my son wanted an onion bloom. Not only was it smaller than the photo (of course), but it was very dark, overcooked, salty, and greasy. I picked it up at about 8:30, traveled all the way back to my side of town (20 minutes away)and stopped by the grocery store before I got home close to 9:30pm, and they close at 10pm. So, too late to take it back. Usually a good restaurant tho.
