Sadly I cannot rate this 5 stars. The service at the beginning was extremely slow and it took us 10 minutes just to get the waiter to come so we could order our food. The salads were really good however one of our salads had hair in it. Our food didn’t take too long however they messed up my order so I forgot to get a photo of it. Instead of the chicken I wanted they gave me the wrong thing so I had to wait extra time. The food was hot and it did come with brown sugar and butter for the sweet potato. The bathrooms were slippery with pee all over the floor. However it started storming with a tornado warning and the woman at the front offered us if we needed anything and was nice. Overall 3.5 stars but I can’t put a half so I’m just rounding up.

A caution for those ordering pickup. They absolutely will not refund your money back to your card if they forget something on your order. Instead they talk you into two options. 1) “we will leave a note that we owe you.” This has never worked for me at any restaurant, including this location. Or 2) “we will send you some gift cards”. I agreed to the gift cards. I got them but they had an expiration date a couple months out. We didn’t use them in time. So I never got compensated for a missing blooming onion. So just avoid doing carry out. If you do, throughly check your order before you leave.

Loris’s is an excellent waitress! She was very attentive and made sure we had plenty of bread and butter. The Blooming Fried chicken and loaded baked potato were yummy! Excellent lunch with my hubby! Super food and service!

Went for lunch with coworkers and took quite a long time to order due to the nature of conversation. We were seated in the bar and were just taken care of magnificently. Even when we had a slight hiccup with an appetizer, staff was more than accommodating and super professional. Management is doing an amazing job as the restaurant was staffed and everything appeared to be clicking like a well-oiled machine.

I can be nice. The food was just awful. Ordered 2 appetizers that were nasty and flavorless. Then come the entres. I got the chicken and steak combo and my fiance got the grilled chicken. The steak was like chewing a tire. The chicken was over seasoned my mashed potatoes weren’t that great and they didn’t even give me my second side. 73 dollars worth of food that was completely inedible. I won’t be back. Texas roadhouse down the road is better and cheaper
