The staff was very helpful and friendly. They greeted us when we entered and gave additional farewells when we left. The food was food and prompt. Custard was also yummy. They had quite a bit of staff. Some were standing around. There was food and trash on the floor that could have been picked up, not in abundance but noticeable. Having the football game on was nice to watch. I also loved the support for local farmers with a QR they offered. Overall great experience.

Driving through and stopped here yesterday. What kind of absolute golden-fried goodness wrapped in a smile do they have flowing from this restaurant? Service amazing. Food hot and fresh and perfectly cooked. And the length of the wait was so quick! It is not often you get a fast food burger and are impressed with presentation. Yesterday was one of those days.

First time here. Friendly service. I liked the “Welcome In” greeting. Tried the pot roast sandwich. Was really good and tender. The BBQ sauce was a perfect touch to it. We’ll be back to try other things.

We were dropping my stepkids home, on the way back we stopped here and got food to go. I ordered the cod and my husband had their burger. The food was hot and fresh. They were so polite we really enjoyed it.

One of the worst Culver’s locations in the Omaha metro.
They were running a special for their limited-time Cereal Concrete Mixers, advertised as an “A Lil Bit of Everything” Mini Mixer Flight — three mini mixers, each with a different cereal flavor, for about $9 (the price of two).
Instead of giving me three separate minis to compare flavors, they dumped all three cereals (Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch) into one tiny cup, along with both vanilla and chocolate custard. That’s not a “flight.” A flight is meant to be multiple small portions so you can try each flavor separately — like a beer flight. This was just a messy mash-up.
The store was busy, so I didn’t argue and threw the concoction away. I sent feedback through Culver’s website and the next day was contacted by General Manager Johnna Gorka, who was polite and offered to have me back for the “correct” version free of charge. I asked for a refund instead, and she agreed. She said an envelope with my cash refund would be ready for me later that day since they couldn’t process a card refund without my card present.
When I arrived at 6 PM as instructed, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. They said they were texting the manager, but she hadn’t responded. At that point, I told them to forget it — they could keep the refund.
Between employees who don’t understand their own promotions and management that can’t follow through on promised solutions, I won’t be returning to this location.

Wild to me you got 4 people at the counter bsing with a customer and when I finally get served. I have questions about the menu because I’ve never been here. She can’t answer my questions and I ordered something awful. Wisconsin swiss melt. I don’t dare ask for exchange because the response I got was that of no care. Pretty poor experience, it’s all kids working and kids these days just don’t care about anyone. It’s crazier that right when I walked in they said hi and all looked at me then I’d swear I turned invisible.

Totally understand being busy during dinner rush, but this is absolutely ridiculous. $30 for two meals, and waited 20 minutes for the food. No top bun on the chicken sandwich, or condiments as requested, everything just thrown in the box.
Got one piece of bacon on the burger asked for a double cheeseburger, and paid for one, instead we received one patty, the patty was literally burnt through the middle barely any meat, and also just tossed in the box.
Like I said I totally get dinner rush, and being busy but what an absolute waste of money and time for this “meal”. I don’t expect 5 star service or food, by any means, but at least put everything ordered in the box when you throw it all in.

They were pretty busy yet our order still came out in under 10mins.
We ordered a hamburger and a double bacon cheeseburger. They forgot the bacon but we weren’t too worried about it. Mistakes happen.
