Ordered the frisco salad to go. When started to eat ot found rotten veg’s as showen. Contacted them and their corp offices about it and still waiting to hear from them on making it right,its been over a month. My family will never eat here again bad management they don’t care!!!!!

Yes it was very busy, but they handled everything perfectly with care for their customers. They all had smiles on and were ready to serve. The burgers were sooooooo good. And the frozen custard wan point. Job well done Culver’s. I’ll be back next year.

I absolutely love Culver’s..this place not so much. Staff having a blast goofing off and hanging out together in a booth while it took my order and others over 25 min for two burgers and fry’s with an empty dining room. Also got the wrong order. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until someone learns how to manage the place.

We have eaten here several times over the past few months all great experiences..but tonight not so great the lady running front register was not very helpful to simple questions answered rudely and had very bad body language turning around to laugh about questions I had and rolling her eyes at me ..the gentleman I assume was a Manger or leader stepped in and was helpful..even with my order that was messed up . Food tasted good and was brought out in a timely fashion but the customer service I received definitely made me want to never eat inside this establishment..ever again ill gladly take the 15 min drive thru wait from now on

The waffle cones were stale and when requesting a refund the manager Brandi was rude and refused. Threw some coupons at us and I asked for the owners info she said good luck getting a hold of them better call corporate and shut the window. Never had such horrible service. Fyi we barely ate the cones and gave them to throw away. We were not trying to get free food.
