Steak was well-cooked
Asparagus could have been trimmed down shorter that would have made it better
Lobster tails were cooked good. They were smaller than expected but they did give you two. The drinks were nice and very tasty
The waitress is very engaging.
One thing that was weird was the floor was kind of slippery my wife almost fell coming out of the bathroom and I almost slipped leaving.
The salad was good but I honestly believe I had the wrong one.

Went out for lunch, and had a great lunch. We started with their three appetizer platter. For the main course,I got the 6 oz filet Mignon with a baked potato, side salad, and a strawberry lemonade. Everything was delicious My filet mignon was cooked to perfection!

My mom got a sirloin that was too tough to eat, they gave us credit for that. My husband’s steak was overcooked but he ate it. My sirloin was perfect and the coconut shrimp was delicious. The side salads were huge and very tasty. Our waitress was awesome.

Well, today was a good day!! We stopped in for dinner and to our surprise the place was slow!! Probably not what the owners want, but for us, it meant great service and food!! We got sat immediately and our server was right there (he was also the bartender with a nice beard). He got our order in and off we went for a great dining experience!! Again I don’t give out many 5-star ratings but you guys and gals deserve it!! Thanks again we will be back!!

Had a number of food quality control issues, yet service and management were supportive in correcting. Id say there is opportunity to improve in the kitchen. We received a very poor cut of sirloin, so much fat and tough grissle they must have seen it. Also received a rotten potato, dark inside which again they should have seen once they cut it open. Also mushrooms were not hot. They corrected everything very well, but would have been better had they caught the issues before serving them.

I have to say, my family had the worst experience here for lunch today. I used to really enjoy their unlimited soup and salad. Apparently that is enjoyment is gone. Now they only have 1 soup available with the house and Caesar salads. Horrible value.
If that wasnt bad enough, our soups arrived ice cold. We spoke to our server and he put in another order and apologized. Took a while. The new soups came out. Guess what? ICE COLD. How hard is it to make sure a soup is warm before you serve it? We complained again.
The 3rd time was a charm and we finally got what we ordered.
The Ceasars dressing was horrible and the ranch wasnt even good like I remember it.
The server was nice and did some to smooth the situation over but I mean this was beyond unacceptable.
The entire bill should have been comped.
I actually dang near shat myself after dinner. Not sure if I have food poisoning or not.
This place has gone downhill fast. I used to love outback.

Their chefs cannot cook a steak to save their life. My dad’s steak had to go back twice to where the manager walked over and compd it while he still took it home because it came back raw the next time. Then my steak was so bad but I was starving (the most expensive steak on the menu) so i stayed quite and instantly the waiter asked me “what about yours” without any hints to it because it was so burnt and bad didn’t ask or look at anyone else straight to me. Big yikes and horrible steak quality when you can go across the street to a competitor. Multiple times with picking up a Uber eats meal also the steaks are never ever cooked right weather dinning in or picking up. I’m probably like $300 into terrible steaks from this place! Do no eat here unless you enjoy their sides/drinks. The place was empty too so no excuses. There’s meat meters it’s 2025 lol how do you absolutely black a medium rare? Salads are always blackened as if they just put new lettuce on top of their old and it gets mixed in the lettuce holder. We were so nice also to the waiter and even tipped big for a 4 person table nothing extreme. Steaks were also oddly tiny for advertising even when the size is pre cook!

After a horrible experience at this location, I decided to reach out to the restaurant directly, instead of leaving a 1 star review on Google. Upon reaching out to the restaurant, the general manager Elisha responded and they apologized about the experience and offered to send me some gift cards to make up for the experience. This was on Feb 3rd.
A week passed and on Feb 9th I emailed Elisha asking how they sent the gift cards (FedEx or USPS) and I received no response.
Here we are now February 19th and not a gift card in sight and no response from Elisha. Horrible execution of service recovery from the manager.
