Good luck getting the simplest of orders right in the drive through.They are more worried about speed of service than the actual service. How do you mess up an order that only has 4 items total by only giving you three of them. Seriously. So tired of having to park and go back inside to get items they decide I should pay for but not receive.

This has to be one of the best looking McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in a long time the updated look was appeasing the automated machines and is ordering quick and fast. The staff was expeditious with getting food out and handling customers. The parking lot was a little tight and was a slight hassle to maneuver around if the drive-through line backs up then there’s no movement in the parking lot at all. The ice cream machine was working and they did a great job at making them work for two small children.

NOT OPEN 24 HRS as described—poor management, miserable employee’s, and 70% rude customer ratio.
The McDonald’s located by the I95 highway also has issues with honoring their 24hr commitments.
1 of these 2 locations should consider opening up space for an establishment better suited to a 24hr fulfillment such as Wawa.

I rarely complain about food service, especially fast food but I think we have been to this McDonald’s a total of 3 times and been disappointed every time! We ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes because you can’t screw those up… wrong! They gave us these little paper cups with ice cream and chocolate syrup. The guy said they didn’t have sundae cups but these have the same amount. Nope, and not hot fudge and ice cream tasted like it had freezer burn, maybe they were pre-made? We appreciate their signs supporting law enforcement, but three strikes, we’re out.

You all need to figure out what the source of the problem is. This store is so busy and the line is always long. Doordash people have to wait forever for their food. There’s something going on here where people just ain’t doing their job or they don’t know what they’re doing. Maybe a bit more training would be helpful. Few more employees during your busy hours

I’d rate negative stars if I could, this store should be embarrassed of itself. I live literally walking distance to this location and I refuse to eat there or any McDonald’s ever again because of this location. They always mess up my order no matter what I order ( how hard is it to read a sticker) and the time I complained to corporate because they screwed up that bad, I never even got so much as a response from management. Management must really be a clown because a 4 year old could do a better job.

Straight up lies about being open 24 hours both on this app and their own. Wasn’t able to get my food at all, so I can hardly rate it on that. Now I have to fight customer service over a refund.

I am here on a family vacation from Michigan. I came and got $55 worth of food and I asked for all of it to be fresh and when I got home, I was missing nuggets and my snack wraps were too tough to even bite into when I took it back she remade one and told me that I bit out of one so I couldn’t have another one. I don’t know what manager name is because when I asked her to write down her name she said she did not have a pen. I waited in the line for 20 minutes to get the food then I had to come all the way back to get my missing food and then she wanted me to wait another 10 minutes to get a new snack wrap after she told me I couldn’t have one because I bit out of one. I don’t know what kind of customer service you guys have. I want no part of it EVER!!! And one thing I cannot stand about these companies and restaurants is there never willing to help a customer when there’s a problem and there’s problems every day with their food, Employees and managers and everybody always wants to have an attitude with mess up and it’s just terrible because our money paying for your food A collection or at least a consideration should be nice.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and sat at the second window for at least 10 minutes waiting for a double cheeseburger the skinny black guy with the green vest was very rude when I asked about my food they could do a lot better and it was cold when I got it.

It was so corporate and religious, the music was loud Christian rock, and not the good kind. I felt so uncomfortable in there, like I was invading their space. Not a friendly environment and the food was disappointing. I don’t go to McDonald’s very much anymore and this one just really enforces the opinion that I should give up completely on this franchise. The Wendy’s down the street is SO much better, friendlier and more welcoming.
