I had my outback food doordashed and spent $140 on dinner. I had ordered a steak and shrimp pasta and instead of giving me a regular sized steak like on the picture they gave me steak tips and the worst part was the taste. It tasted like the steak was marinated in water and boiled and then fried on the skillet. The shrimp is undercooked horribly and smelled so fishy. Honesty, if I could give this review 0 stars i would. Bring back the old chefs please!!! I would loveee a refund.

This was my first time ever at an outback steakhouse and it was amazing! My friend and I were headed to Nashville to scope out the scene for the upcoming AC/DC concert and on the way home, she took me to lunch. I was so excited!
The food was great, and the service was even better!

The food was delicious, hot and came very quickly. The parking lot was clean, which is always a good sign. The interior of the restaurant was nice and tidy. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly, which made for an all-around awesome experience❣️

The night we went it was super crowded. We called ahead for a reservation of 15. They were very accommodating and had our table ready. That’s about as good as it got. They must have been understaffed in the kitchen because it took close to an hour for everyone to get their food. The steaks on my end of the table were all rare, and no one ordered rare. The serving staff was polite and nice but seem to be a little scattered. I would like to say a special thank you to the young lady who came outside and took our family picture. Super nice of her.

My only complaint is that the host team didnt do such a great job of choosing a good table for us. There were 4 of us, all on the larger side, and we had to squeeze into a smaller 4 top table in the bar area. We didnt ask for something bigger because of the wait, which is likely why they didnt offer a bigger table to begin with.
The food was excellent. It was timed perfectly – ever order at a nicer restaurant and you steak salad appetizer and drink all come at the same time? Not here. They didnt take forever either, just appropriately timed (kudos to our server for knowing his kitchen).
The bar staff was helpful and fast – it was my besties birthday so we needed some seasonal recommendations on their drink specials.
The price was great for the amount of food we got.
I recommend this location over any other in the area!

Overall a very lackluster dinner.. 1st the steak was cooked great. The potato was cold and hard as a brick bat!! The salad was typical chopped crap!! So with as many options as this area has. Go elsewhere

We tried a new breaded shrimp appetizer. It was not what we expected so we decided to go with the coconut shrimp instead.
The Ceasar Salad was drowned in dressing. My wife’s house salad was good.
We chose Outback tonight because we always get a good flavorful steak and it was very good! We were not a fan of the chicken.
The service was excellent. It’s always nice to get a very personable and attentive server.
We will be back!

Updated review: tried the mahi entree, which was not very big for the cost. But.. it did have good flavor and the sweet potato, well with enough butter and sugar everything tastes great. The bread helped fill me up given the lack of size of the main.

Outback is most always an upper mid experience when you get in at the right time, which is usually early. Early lunch or early dinner. Else, it’s filled with a lot of humanity that views Outback as the pinnacle of fine dining. With that said, I’ve been to this one several times. This trip I had to wait a while to get some bread and my drink, mind you I got there early. Both were good leading up to a small steak and shrimp combination that came out extremely fast. The proportions of the nicely cooked steak were just right with a couple of decent sides. Overall, it was a good meal with subpar attention from my waiter.

Have been coming here for 15 plus years and have always had a good experience. Didn’t have the best experience here about a month and a half ago but several days after our visit the owner, Brian Kinch, took time out of his busy schedule to take the time to call me and talk about our experience. He couldn’t have been any nicer and professional throughout our conversation. He said to come back in and give them another chance. My family and I ate here tonight and we had a wonderful experience. Great service, delicious food and Mr. Kinch took the time to come over to our table to see how we were being treated. That really meant a lot. He and his whole team made for a great experience for us this evening. Thank you. Cant wait to go back.

Visited this steakhouse of the Australian chain for a 1st time tonight. Arrived pretty hungry and came out very satisfied and full. Very good sirloin which I had medium rare done, with grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and some mixed veggies. Definitely a good call tonight. Need to repeat it another day again.
