I recently visited this Outback location and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I sat at the bar top and was warmly welcomed the moment I took my seat. The service I received from Sherry (apologies if I’m misspelling the name) was truly exceptional. I ordered the half‑pound hamburger with American cheese, bacon, and pickles on the side, along with a side of French fries. The food came out hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared. I also enjoyed not one but two top‑shelf Long Island Iced Teas, both mixed perfectly. To finish off the meal, I treated myself to the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under, which was absolutely mouthwatering and the perfect ending to an already great dining experience.
What truly set this visit apart was the hospitality. Sherry went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt taken care of. Even when the bar area started to get a little busy, she not only managed her guests with ease but also took time to train a young gentleman working beside her. He was polite, attentive, and clearly eager to learn — and with Sherry guiding him, I have no doubt he’ll excel. From the warm greeting to the heartfelt goodbye, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. It left such a strong impression that I’m more than willing to drive the 30‑plus minutes from home and work just to return to this Outback location. Excellent food, fantastic drinks, and remarkable service — this team truly knows how to take care of their guests.

Outback Steakhouse has a fun, upbeat atmosphere that still feels relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a casual yet satisfying meal. The customer service was excellent, with our server being attentive, friendly, and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our time there. We ordered the steak and shrimp pasta, and both were cooked well with great flavor. One tip when ordering is to go with medium well for your steak if you really want to experience all the flavor and tenderness. We asked for ours well done, so it ended up a bit tougher than ideal, but that was completely on us. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would definitely return. Highly recommend giving Outback a try if you are looking for good food, great service, and a lively yet comfortable dining vibe.

First off, I used to run a steakhouse brand. I have to say that the atmosphere, staff, and food were all outstanding (and I don’t use that word lightly). The hostess greeted us as soon as we walked in. The seater was smiling, waited for us to sit down before placing menus down and told us about the specials.
Jeremy was our server. He greeted us immediately, was very attentive (without being overbearing), and was just simply pleasant to be around.
Todd, the manager on duty, was making his rounds in the dining room, talking to guests, but most importantly he had a smile on his face the entire time.
I can tell that the culture of the restaurant is fantastic. Every employee looked happy. The busser was moving with purpose, even when there was only 1 table to bus.
Props to the management team amd leadership. Outstanding job. Culture, atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and quality are all 5 stars.

I was there for Valentines day. I was told the wait would be 40min, I was totally ok with since it was Valentines and I did not make a reservation. It was about 25min and we were sat.
Out waitress Heather was amazing! Checking in often seeing what we needed taking tine to explain helping us with look up a account… just a blessing for a establishment to have a server like that.
And the food…. the food was AMAZING.
We went the the Cleveland TN Outback on a normal way and I along with my whole family left disappointed.

Over all was great, waitress was great, great attitude. However I never got a refill on tea, the whole time I was there. We were seated at 7:32-10ish. Everyone one else got refills, it wasn’t like I was singled out, I drink slow, 30min to drink my glass full.

By now, the Outback Steakhouse restaurants should be generally familiar, or at least recognized as a well-established brand. So even if the Bloomin’ Onion is not quite the novelty it once was, Outback has maintained high standards for its namesake offering: excellent steaks available in the customary cuts along with very good salads and sides. Their raspberry cheesecake was a huge hit as well. Although our party of two arrived for an early dinner (Saturday evening) there was a half-hour wait. However, we did find sufficient on-site parking. It was an all-around most enjoyable dining experience.
