This is a great outback location at the pinnacle in Tn. We arrived and were seated quickly. Our server was very friendly. Pur service was fast. The soup sweet potato and fries were good. The shrimp were flavored great but were over cooked and a bit dry.

We just ate here today, and the food was absolutely amazing! I only thought to take a picture of my food in the middle of eating, it was so good! My mom’s steak was made wrong, twice, by no fault of our server who was absolutely amazing. They immediately helped us fix the issue and even refunded her steak off our meal. As a server myself (at a different restaurant) I left him a nice tip as thank you. All the servers and cooks we’re working hard, while still giving a friendly atmosphere, which was refreshing to see. When I’m in the area I’ll definitely come again!

Jeremiah was AMAZING! Everything came out so quick and was all amazing. We got the margarita flights and he told us his favorite flavors. The food was top tier and everything was just omg exceptional. I cannot say enough good things!

Went there, it was terrible, the place was disgusting, the booth me and my party sat at had food crumbs and sticky stuff all over the tabletop, so it wasn’t clean, there were literally crumbs and food stains everywhere. Aside from that, I ordered my steak and asked for it to be medium rare, it was so undercooked I could’ve sent it back to the pasture, I asked the waitress to get the manager for me to discuss the steak, and when the manager (I believe her name was Jordan) came and spoke to me, and I had addressed the issue with my steak, and she very rudely said “Well what do you want us to do about it.” I then told her I would like my steak cooked properly, and asked for a new one, and her reply to me was the best she could do was re-heat the steak, I then told her I would prefer to just get a new steak made, and she very rudely said “Well don’t just give free handouts,” and that’s the best she can offer me. I then just told her to cancel my meal and issue a refund, and she told me they don’t do refunds and told me she could take down my mailing address, and have gift cards mailed to me to make up for the meal. I told her that wasn’t acceptable to me, and after a few more minutes of back and forth with her, I said screw it, and told her not to bother, and opted to just let my friends finish their meals and just left. I will NEVER come back to this establishment, and will take my business elsewhere when I am in the mood for going to a steakhouse.

Celebrating a pre-Mother’s Day dinner, we decided for a steak night. Shrimp on the barbie appetizer. Also french onion soup and wedge salad. This location offered a Gluten Free menu. We still didn’t find out what the gf dessert brownie was made with… Check out our pics…. steak and ribs, ribeye w coconut shrimp, and steak and chicken. The coke drinks were terrible, however, I heard the lemonade was good. Good service with multiple people showing examples of teamwork.

I called about 10 minutes before arriving and was told there was no wait at the moment, but they went ahead and reserved a table for our party of four. When we arrived, however, there was a long wait. I mentioned that I had called ahead and was told a table would be ready, but we still ended up waiting about 15 minutes.
Once we were finally seated, our assigned waiter never came by. After another 15 minutes, a different waiter noticed we hadn’t been helped and stepped in right away, even though our table wasn’t originally in his section. He was very kind and attentive.
Overall, the food was great—everything came out hot and freshly made. However, the lighting made it difficult to see our food. Our table, along with most others, was very dark. Brighter lighting would greatly improve the dining experience.

I have a severe gluten allergy, and I’m thankful that Outback offers a gluten-free menu. I’ve dined here several times when Andy was the owner and never had any issues. However, since he left, the restaurant’s quality has significantly declined. On October 19th, my friends and I visited for lunch. I requested a gluten-free menu from the host, and when we were seated, I immediately informed our waitress about my severe gluten allergy. She assured me there would be no issues.
I ordered strictly from the gluten-free menu: grilled shrimp (no seasoning), a Caesar salad (no croutons), and a sweet potato. When the Caesar salad arrived, I noticed crouton pieces in it—this is a major issue for someone with a severe gluten allergy. Thankfully, I hadn’t eaten any yet, but our waitress didn’t return for a long time, so I had to watch my friends eat their appetizers and salads while I waited.
When the waitress finally returned, she didn’t seem to treat the issue seriously at all. Then, the shrimp arrived—ice cold and mushy. It was unpleasant. I had to ask the manager for a discount due to the nearly gluten-contaminated salad and the cold, unappetizing shrimp. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would.
