Great lunch! Seated by the friendly hostess right away and she was able to get us a requested booth. The meal was excellent and we all enjoyed all parts of our meal. Our waiter Christian was great and Hailey who also served was fantastic. Thank you all for a great meal.

The experience was phenomenal I love the kookaburra wings, the wedge salad, and blooming onion, steak & Alice springs chicken..The service was fantastic .. we were graced by Antoinette, Kimberly, Mel , Keisha. They served with a smile and were extremely attentive and helpful. If you’d like the same experience then you know who to ask for. Oh and they have specials now so stop by!

Valentine’s Day with toddlers means fancy dinners out aren’t really in the cards, so our plan this year was simple: a special carry-out steak dinner from Outback. Even before I walked in, I knew they’d be slammed, and sure enough there were tickets everywhere and a line out the door.
I placed my order in person and was told it would be about an hour, which was totally understandable given how busy they were. I ran a few errands and came back later, and I just have to say, the entire staff absolutely impressed me.
Every single person working that night was moving with urgency but without chaos. They communicated clearly, supported each other, and handled the rush like a well-oiled machine. Manager Chris went above and beyond, greeting me by name when I returned and apologizing for the delay, even though it was obvious how hard everyone was working. Another manager even came by offering drinks to guests waiting, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Despite the packed restaurant and nonstop orders, our food came out perfect. The steaks were cooked beautifully, everything tasted incredible, and it ended up being exactly the special Valentine’s meal we were hoping for.
Huge appreciation to this team for staying calm, kind, and professional in the middle of absolute chaos. 10 out of 10 we’ll happily order again anytime.

Had a great night celebrating the wife’s birthday but I can’t rest until I talk about my steak. She ordered the steak and shrimp well done and it was pink in the middle and I ordered the standard steak cut that comes with the lobster. I am a chef and grill master so I know my temps. I ordered a medium steak which came smushed and well done. My wife says maybe they got our orders mixed but hers was smashed and medium. My suggestion is lay off the griddle press. Sear each side to time and treat every order special. I used to get comped $200 per order for every wagyu messed up until I learned how to temp a steak and it only took me that first one. (Japanese Steak House BK NY) I am willing to come train you guys for free if the gentleman that came to the table to check on our food and service reaches out to me as I plan to frequent this establishment because my wife loved everything else. I have free time late December before I leave back out of the country but I am serious about helping.

Free parking! Smelly & unclean upon entering…food was all over the floor. Wait time was 15mins but no one was there it was 8:30 pm. The hostess was on her phone & wasn’t friendly a tad bit. I ordered lobster tails which were extremely hard & rubbery. Didn’t feel like complaining the table in front was already complaining about his steak. My guy ordered steak, he said it was good. We had the lavender blue berry drink but no alcohol we might as well ordered a plain ole lemonade. The Chocolate down under brownie wasn’t even worth a pic. I can safely say we will NOT be returning here. Our server was really nice & attentive tho.

I love this Outback!!! my wife and I have been at least a dozen times or more in the past year, we come by all the time its really great; food is always good quality and fresh, staff is Very friendly and efficient, restaurant is always clean. It’s a great time every time and we will probably be back again soon! The only downside, it’s raised the bar for every other outback steakhouse and now bo other one i go too is as good

I last visited this location on December 2nd 2025. The waitress Kira was outstanding. She listened, she communicated well, and she didn’t mind serving us at all. She was definitely in tuned with her working community. The food was spectacular! The person who I was visiting with received the biggest steak that I had ever seen in my life; NO LIE. I am sure that he enjoyed the steak because I surely enjoyed my ribs.

I have officially become a fan of Outback Steakhouse. Never went much as a kid but I don’t think my taste buds would’ve appreciated their food the way it does now! Who doesn’t love complimentary bread? That’s always a plus. Then the Toowoomba salmon is amazing, and the sauce that comes with it takes it to a new level. Customer service was great. The $10 take home menu has some great options as well for the price. Will definitely continue to return.
