Server was great and all the other food was great. Don’t understand why they can’t make a steak right though. Ordered medium well and it was definitely undercooked but the outside the scorched. If someone orders a steak medium well/well done, you use a long thin steak. Cooks should know that. My mom hates outback now because they never make her steak right and now I feel like I’m gonna start disliking it. Sucks because this used to be my favorite place.

I’m extremely disappointed!!!! I called ahead the night before to give them a heads up that a table of 9 was going to arrive at 5:00 for my grandmother’s 90th Birthday and asked them to ensure they had a lobster for her. They stated that they don’t take reservations and that I would need to call ahead the day of… no problem, I completely understand. So, while driving over 7 hours from Pennsylvania to surprise my grandma, I call again around 3:00 to let them know we would be there at 5:00. Then, I arrived at 4:20 to ensure the table would be ready prior to her arrival at 5:00. Upon my arrival only a couple of tables were occupied, and not a single person waiting but me. Grandma and the rest of my family arrived at 5:00…still no table. Meanwhile, a countless number of parties of 2, 4, and 6 are all being seated even though they arrived after us. My grandmother is 90 and diabetic…I had to ask for some bread and water for her because her blood sugar was getting very low. A couple that arrived after us was seated, ate, and left before we were finally seated at 5:40. All three hostesses knew our situation and apologized, stating that something would be done for our inconvenience; however, no manager was in sight, and nothing was done to rectify the situation. At the very least, a waitress, Hannah, stepped in and attempted to make our evening a little better. I appreciate her efforts tremendously! With the being said, though not Hannah’s fault, my sister-in-law did not receive her food until I inquired (everyone else had their food) and my sister’s Mudslide was actually a White Russian. If you have a large party and are looking for a smooth experience for a precious celebration, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This place is always a favorite. Great menu options, atmosphere is nice and clean. The server was also the bartender but never left us needing refills and always checked as she passed by. We love coming here for lunch

We had dinner at this location on Aug 12 at about 9-10pm. There were still quite a few guests in the restaurant so our server was quite busy. He (I think is name was Paul) was extremely polite and helpful. We had previously been having a particularly bad evening, and his service turned our night around. During our dinner, one of the other servers walked out on her job leaving our server with extra tables. He never got upset, stressed out, and most importantly never lost control in front of his customers. He never missed a beat with his service. Our food was on point and delicious! BUT more than anything I want to commend our server (my apologies if the name is wrong), You SIR did an outstanding job and are an amazing individual. Do not ever let anyone tell you different, Reach for the sky and chase your dreams, you can achieve them! —from the family that missed the concert…

Have worked here for many years. The staff is amazing, customers are wholesome and the entire experience has been great…even through transitions and company upgrades, I have learned and grown so much working with outback jc. We don’t go out to eat often, cost to much. We decided to splurge. It was a little slow getting a waitress but after that, it was all up hill! I ordered the lobster and filet. OH MY Goodness! It was so wonderful. My husband and son in law ordered the smoked porterhouse, nice presentation! My daughter ordered the steak, shrimp pasta. We also ordered the blooming onion and the loaded potatoes. I so want that meal again!!!

Food was amazing. Some of the best cuts of beef I’ve ever had and the lobster was cooked to perfection. Got a sweet potato and a salad for my sides. Absolutely amazing food. Would recommend Outback over Longhorn or any of the Roadhouses any day!!

Walked in super late, and they seated us at a good booth with a window. Rachel took great care of us, and came out with some of the best food I’ve had in a while. I got the side strawberry salad, and filled me up nicely. Great service, great food.
