On New Year’s eve my wife,daughter and I went to Outback for dinner. We knew that it being New Year’s eve that we would have to wait and they would be busy. Our server Ashley was absolutely awesome and did a fantastic Job, we really had a great time with her making jokes and small talk, you can tell she is a seasoned pro. Speaking of seasoned the meals were excellent as always. People need to learn on Holidays to chill out and not give the Team a hard time because you have to waite for a table or your food my God the place was filled to capacity and dozens more waiting to sit down. Remember all good things come to those who wait.

I love eating here! Jenifer is a wonderful server, she’s always kind and fun to talk to. The place is always nice and clean, and the food is great as well. My favorite dishes are the Aussie Cheese Fries, the Queensland Chicken Pasta, and the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under. I always order these when I come in to unwind after work. The portions are pretty good, I always end up feeling so full it’s hard to bend over, but it’s so worth it.

Service was good. But the burger I ordered looked straight out of a SpongeBob episode. It was literally gray meat and not even circler. Cheese and bread looked like they grabbed it under the oven. Wish I took a picture, but here is the best visual description.

Host was very friendly but told us the server was little busy which was fine but it was obviously upsetting to the server so the bartender ended up taking the table which we have had him before! I believe his name was Anthony but whoever it was was fantastic as usual! We will definitely be back because of him and the food was great as usual!

Chicken was uncooked. Took 1 bite and almost vomited see pic, server brings to mgr who asks “whats going on” asks if I wants different chicken. I advise i lost my appetite for chicken. Asked for steak, was brought an insulting portion of steak by a server and she never followed up and nothing comped on my 90.00 tab. Not happy

Sunday night February 15th. My husband & I went to celebrate Valentine’s day..
We googled the hours for this location..it said Sunday’s open until 10 pm..
We arrived about 8:30..only to find out, they close at 9 pm. So clearly the site I was on, needs updated.
We asked for seconds on the bread.. they were out of bread..we asked for a refill on the coffee..they were out of coffee..we had the grounds at the bottom of our cups. My Cobb salad was nothing to brag about, not much in it, for $16.00 Iceburg lettuce, grape tomatoes, croutons, nothing but some teeny-tiny, strips of egg whites and a tiny strip of grilled chicken breast and that’s it.. my husband’s house salad had more vegetables in it, than mine. His steak was fine, no complaints there.
Our waitress was extremely nice and apologetic about the bread & coffee situation.
I think our coffees should have been taken off of our bill but we didn’t want to complain because our waitress felt bad enough about the bread and coffee situation. We rushed thru our meals, as not to hold them up from closing. We were underwhelmed and probably won’t return.

They over cooked one steak bite order (that never happens), but they made another plate. Sooo good. Melt in your mouth steaks.
Hade a birthday girl with us and she was served complimentary delicious icecream/ with song lol. Fun and delicious as always. Priced fair for high quality meals.

First, the food is amazing and I love the environment as always going to an Outback Steakhouse. I went here on my birthday when the place was not busy (less than half full) and had reservations. We were seated quickly of course being the place was at less than half the capacity, and ordered our drinks and food. While everyone else got their drinks promptly, each time I got a beer or a refill, it took 5-7 minutes. No one was there filling it, just talking. For my birthday it was a bit off-putting, however I didn’t let it spoil my birthday. Everything else made up for that, but it should be said, if you can get every other drink instantly, why did my beer take so long? In fact, I know I started questioning it to my family and they said something as well out loud, and within 30 seconds I had a beer. Was it heard perhaps?
Either way, a little bit of training might be needed, but again I didn’t let it bother me, but the review must reflect it. They were kind however, but please don’t forget your patrons.
EDIT: Thanks for the response, do wish you took notice of the late beer though. Better than nothing I guess these days.

We were seated promptly and the place was busy but lots of staff. The waitress took drink order quickly but it took a bit for a server to bring it along with a loaf of bread. The waitress returned anout 15 later and took our order. We waited another 15 minutes for our salads but the waitress kept our water filled. It then took 35 minutes to get a rare steak and some grilled shrimp. Way too long. My husband steak was cooked perfectly. My shrimp were so spicy I couldn’t eat them. We were there over 1.5 hrs.
