Sadly I think Outback’s are going down fast. Hard to find a good one these days. Service was good. Food was unimpressive. Taste was average and presentation was poor. Think my dessert was supposed to have ice cream and didn’t. I wouldn’t go back.

The waiter seemed to have lost track of time before finally acknowledging our presence after a seemingly endless ten minutes. To our surprise, it was another five minutes before we were able to lay our hands on utensils, which were brought to us by a different waiter. Frustratingly, we had to repeat our order multiple times as the waiter seemed to struggle to grasp it.

Makayla is ABSOLUTELY the best server my husband and I have had in a long time! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu! I came in to this restaurant with my mother tonight after a very long drive. We came a far distance to help out a family member in South Carolina. My mother was getting irritable since we were eating at a later time than usual (& we both needed to freshen up). By the time we parked and got to our table we were already feeling frustrated. We were waited on by this young man with blonde hair (I believe his name was Von). He was very quick with our order and helped my mother decide what she wanted to eat (we aren’t familiar with this establishment). He was awfully kind and helpful! To the young man that served us tonight, thanks for your kindness and patience. You went the extra mile to make sure we had an extremely pleasant experience!

Renee is amazing! Super fantastic at helping me pick items I can eat due to my allergies. Loved how she was chill and patiently with our kids on trying to pick food. She was quick with refills and made sure our food is hot and fresh! We will definitely ask for Renee each time we go! Service like her is super hard to come by. She is a diamond to have! If you have not had Renee as your server yet, DO IT!!!

Been going to outback’s all over the country for 25 years. I waited tables there in college too. We are fans! My husband always asks for a special request of all carrots as his side item. Never had a problem at any other location. It was thunder storming, was around 5:00 and there were only a handful of tables full. Server said the kitchen wouldn’t do it. Additionally, our order was wrong and had to be remade. When the bill came they had charged us twice for our entree.

We had very good service. Though our server had several tables, she spoke with us several times, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only negative was when she had to fill in as the bartender after giving her our order for desert. I asked 2 different servers to bring or ask her to bring us coffee. That never happened, though it was on our bill. Poor teamwork. She was helping elsewhere, and no one else would cover for her

I came here for a friend’s birthday party and we weren’t waiting for an unnecessary amount of time, even though it was seemed to be a rush hour. Our waiter was Ashton, and he was a breath of fresh air when it came to service. He was extremely polite and made sure to check up on us when needed. Upon observation, he came across as quite warm and welcoming with other tables as well and overall, it was an amazing experience. He seems to have outstanding work ethic and I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon him to serve one of our tables again. Had an awesome night and he made it better! 🙂
