the new lime concrete was fabulous but the restaurant was dirty and smelly, trash was overflowing. While the double burger was pretty good the patty melt was extremely greasy and the onions on it didn’t taste right, fries were tasty but the cheese curds were raw and undercooked and greasy.

Great burgers and fries! Decided to go with the custard cement instead of the sundae and that was a mistake! It was a very runny, warm milk shake! I was thinking it would be like a dairy queen blizzard.We ordered and ate the burgers, ordered cements & almost 25 minutes later they called our order #. Loved it. The service was good, the people were nice, but my order didn’t come out right. DoorDash error or whosoever’s error had me waiting for over an hour. I was given a sundae which was nice but I still really wanted a burger. In the end Summer had to manually input the order. Unfortunately I didn’t get my order how I wanted it but I wasn’t going to complain. I just wanted my food at this point so I dealt with it.

Food tastes so good. However, tonight I ended up having to go inside to order to go, okay whatever. Guy at the register was great. I think Davien. Here’s where it starts. Girl at the order pickup window though? Not great. At all. Didn’t call out my order number, had to just walk up to the counter and ask about the bag left there. Also, ordered 2 kids meals and they forget to tell me that they have no more kids lids in the store. And if there’s anything kids are known for, it’s being calm and still while sitting in a car with a sugary drink. Oh wait, no. Opposite. So I ask the girl at the pickup window for a drink carrier then. “Oh, those are up front. You’ll have to go there”. Yeah, sure, behind the line of people. Y’all, I could literally see them on a shelf behind the counter not 2 steps from her. I know a lot of the workers there are kids doing their best, so this is directed mostly at management: get it together
