I came in today on 2/11/2026, it was my first time eating there. The food was quite good and I had a great experience with a gentleman. I believe his name was Mckason, he was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed. Not many workers these days are like him! But Overall a very nice restaurant!

I never thought to try Freddy’s until I received a free burger coupon. The burger was excellent! I was very shocked how delicious it tasted. The tiny shoe string fries tasted good; however, I would rather have a normal sized fry. I also got a frozen custard and it was unfavorable. It unfortunately ruined the greatness of the entire dinner. The teenage staff was friendly. Overall an amazing burger but, that’s about it.

Bathrooms were dirty, hand soap dispenser barely working, restaurant with grime and dirt on floor. Concrete, dessert, was made with a banana that was not even close to ripe, main reason for 3 stars on food. Burger was good..4 stars, and they do have good shoe string fries if you like that. Not 100% sure I would go back.

I came in yesterday and observed a huge improvement from the previous time I came. The restaurant was clean and the food we ordered was quality. Cashier friendliness could still use some improvement. I was impressed with the dining experience. The chocolate brownie fudge concrete thing was amazing! Thanks Freddy’s!

A hamburger is meat and bun only. Thats what I ask for every single time.
Sometimes you add cheese. Sometimes you add two patties , sometimes like tonight you added
Ketchup.
To the management. Add a hamburger tab in you POS.
THIS IS ANNOYING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
I’m not driving back to your location. I’m not pulling around again , I’m not coming inside.
Make the burger correct. Train your staff ! Add a hamburger to the menu side of POS.

Had lunch there today around noon. The gentleman at the front counter was very friendly and accommodating. Our food was served quickly and hot and fresh! I saw the same gentleman who took our order take sundaes out to other customers while we dined. It was a great lunch break. Another employee came and cleared our tray from our table. Will be back soon!
