Service was excellent, John did a really good job. The some food was not worth the cost, the lobster tail had spices that was way too much and too spicy, the steaks were ok, the French onion soup was really good and the Mac n cheese was really good, but the cost went up too much and quality went down

Me and my wife’s date night started out great. Little shopping then dinner. I wanted to take her to Outback but turned out to be a nightmare. We get there and there was someone at door taking names cause there was wait which is understandable being it was a Saturday night. But we were seated quickly cause of us only being 2 people. Walk to the table VERY carefully. See the Floor was greasy feeling under our feet. Seemed to be easy to fall on. (We not that type to fall and claim LOL) Get to our seat and the waiter comes and takes our drinks. We get 2 teas. We had enough time to look at the menu 2 times and knew what we wanted. We order apps and get our comp bread. By the time apps come out our waiter never once come filled our teas. we sit there 10 mins no drink. He went to the table right beside us 3 times before he come to us finally with tea and Apps… Table beside us was a group of 10. Guess he figured bigger tip at that table. After the apps our food finally come out. We ordered Steaks which were Very over cooked. I had a piece of chicken with my order that was VERY Dry. (overcooked) We sit there the last time with empty glasses for 10 mins and finally asked a different waiter to get us refills 2 times. We had a to-go order we did for a friend and it was suppose to have a salad with it and it wasn’t in the bag when we got to our friend. We also wanted a few loafs of the bread and he forgot that as well. I had to ask someone else for it. Also his tip went to the waiter that helped us the most. He would have gotten a 20 plus tip but his fellow waiter got his $20 tip instead. He didn’t deserve a penny in my book. Bad service don’t deserve compensation. Wont be back to this Outback.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Jake. From the moment he greeted us, his service was top-notch. He was incredibly thorough when helping me choose my meal. He offered customer favorites, as well as, his own personal Favorites.He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each dish we asked about, and every suggestion he made was spot on And did not disappoint.
Jake was attentive without being overbearing, constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect and keeping our drinks refilled the entire time. His tone was pleasant, welcoming, and Energetic, and his timing was impeccable—giving us plenty of time to enjoy our conversation and our food without ever feeling rushed.
Honestly, I would come back to this restaurant just for his service alone. Thank you so much, Jake, for creating such an amazing dining experience. You truly went above and beyond!

My sister and I went out to eat there. The steaks were awesome as usual. I gave the waitress a generous cash tip, but, she took it upon herself to take a tip from the credit card I used. I suggest if you tip in cash, put a 0$ on the card receipt. Some people will tip themselves. I raised cane and got the money back. That’s stealing,! Be aware.

Ordered food to go. The staff was friendly and offered me a drink while I waited. Got home and the steak was FANTASTIC! Super flavorful, so tender, I could cut it with my fork. The potato was great and the salad was delicious too!

The service was fine the atmosphere was all right. But the food was horrible. I ordered a steak well done butterfly and I ordered the same type of steak. Well done butterfly for my kids meal for my child. Both of the steaks came out seasons to the point that you could only taste salt and then the seasoning was literally burnt on top of the steaks. The server offered to have these remade I got them remade. I took one bite of the steak that was remade and it tasted like it was totally microwaved. It did not look like it had been cooked on a grill at all. I guess this was the cooks way of saying here’s your steak with no burn on it but it tastes absolutely disgusting.
The manager came out to make sure that there was no red, and there was no red. There was also no sign of this actually being fired on a grill. I didn’t say anything. I’m just taking it home and throwing it away won’t ever come back to this establishment again.

Have never been to this location and haven’t gone to Outback in years and years as I am not a steak person & my last experience, the food was just okay.
We came in around 4:00 p.m. and it looked pretty busy however we were seated right away. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered a few drinks that were very tasty. My husband and I both ordered prime rib and it was absolutely delicious. I haven’t had prime rib in years and usually don’t order it because sometimes it’s too fatty and also very expensive. However mine was perfect! Only minimal fat and my husband enjoyed his as well. The Mac & cheese is very tasty! We will definitely come back more often!

We ordered dinner to be delivered to our home on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant was very busy and it was going to be 70-80 minutes before it was delivered. At 65 minutes after I placed our order I checked the status of our delivery only to find out that it had been cancelled due to issues with the driver. I called to inquire about the issue and found out that the delivery service was causing the restaurant problems and that the manager was delivering the food to us himself! He pulled up as the curbside delivery person was explaining this to me with hot food and apologies exactly 71 minutes after our order was placed.
