The place wasn’t too busy, but the staff had trouble keeping up with the business. It felt like they couldn’t handle the business that they had, or didn’t have enough help.
There were 4 bus pans of dirty dishes setting in the floor behind the bar.

From the moment we walked into the building, we noticed the floor was dirty with food and trash. The table next to us was empty but there were food scraps left on the table the entire time we were there. There was a rib bone on the floor next to us for a while. The bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in days. The server was nice and the food was good but the building/dining area was very trashy.

Ashland is awesome! We dined late evening (02-26-26) and Ashland was very receptive and joyful. Ashland took our orders and the meal came out exactly as requested even with the many custom requests. We had a great experience and even spoke to the manager who was very helpful herself. Outback should be very greatful to have such a dedicated employee who is genuine.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was here from out of town and wanted dinner at shopping at the outlets. My trip here was terrible from beginning to end. I waited for over a hour to receive my food, my soda tasted flat, the silverware was dirty and when the waiter apologized and brought new silverware I thought my trip would get better. How wrong was I? I ordered a well done steak and from the picture my steak was not well done. The bloomin onion was raw! If I were a local in the area I would’ve given the manager a piece of my mind. This is unacceptable. I will never visit this restaurant again or recommend anyone to come here.

My wife and I dined at Outback Steakhouse on 12/19 and were truly impressed by both the service and the food. Our waitress, Jennifer, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. She was also very helpful in assisting us with our meal choices, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The food was beautifully presented, immediately making you want to dig in. Our salad was fresh and full of vegetables, and the balsamic vinaigrette is now my new go-to—it was perfectly balanced. Most importantly, the steak was seasoned just right (not overly salty) and cooked to perfection. The green beans were sautéed and seasoned beautifully, with a light crisp on the outside and tender on the inside.
Credit is definitely due to both Jennifer and the kitchen staff for making this such an excellent dining experience. Their efforts truly show how valued these employees are and why we would happily return.

Mr. Dan (General Manager), Mr. Wolly (Assistant Manager), Ms. Hannah (Assistant Manager), and Ms. Tabitha (Dining room waitress) at Outback Steakhouse gave my Mom and I just that; “Exceptional” and “Outstanding” customer service.
They were “Top notch” and made our Mother and Son dinner outing delightful.
From step 1 to step 10 Mr. Dan, Mr. Wolly, Ms. Hannah, and Ms. Tabitha took their time going over all the menu items, answered all of our questions, and gave my Mom and I an impeccable dining experience; the service we received was “Exemplary”.

Outback Steakhouse’s food is very good and very tasty. The quality of the food is fantastic. “Everything” my Mom and I ate was “Amazing”.

I’m obsessed with the spinach dip. It’s absolutely delicious. I ordered ribs for the first time in Outback and they were delicious tender and moist. I’ve been going to Outback for so many years. I’ve never had a bad experience as yet my son ordered a Sirloin which I’m not very crazy about that kind of meat unfortunately his was cooked correctly, but was very tough and he couldn’t eat it. The server was Excellent and she made sure the Sirloin came off the bill. I always love going to the outback and will continue to.

We just had THE BEST outback experience we’ve ever had. Warren was our server and he was on the ball the entire time. SUPER friendly and accommodating: service was fast and our food came out perfect!! My husband and I kept repeating how perfectly our steak was cooked and how the flavor was better than any other outback we’ve been to before. The manager Wally was as also on the floor and we had the pleasure of speaking with him and he even gave our two year old some little stickers and such after our meal. The two of them made this experience so much better than any other outback in the area and we will definitely be back!!
