This Veterans Day, I decided to have lunch at our local Outback Steakhouse on Two Notch Rd. Food was great like always as was the atmosphere. But from beginning to end, the best part was the service. Hayden, my waiter, started and ended with a smile and most importantly was authentic. You could tell he loved his job and on this Veterans Day he made me feel extra appreciated. Thank you Hayden for your phenomenal service. It was very much appreciated.

Great service and no one at the table had any complaints so this is a big win because we had a large party and usually at least one person has an issue (and mostly because of the amount of people and not because of the service) We went on a busy weekend and didn’t have any issues with getting a table or placing our order. We’ve had an issue with this particular location once before but I think it was mostly the server which I won’t go into detail now but it ended up with us having a new server. This was by far the best experience we’ve had as a group at an outback and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal in this area!

First off, we had reservations for 2 at 6 pm. When we arrived, I would say the restaurant was 50% or less full, but yet we had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated, which isn’t a big thing, but inconvenient. Secondly, the air conditioning either was not cut down or it could not keep up due to it being a rather hot day. Si, the dining experience was a little uncomfortable. Third, the service was not very good. I ordered a second beverage and never received it. Our server would disappear from time to time and seemed to not be on top of things. I am thankful that my wife had a glass of water (lol). The food was average to good. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but I am just trying to be honest. Would I return? I don’t know.

We just had one of the best overall experiences in a restaurant that we’ve had in over a decade! From the time we walked in, the hostesses, servers, food runners, bussers, and management were all first rate! Our server Hayden was on top of everything…very alert and present, but never hovering. The entire staff was professional, courteous, cheerful, interactive, and efficient. The food was brought out very timely and correctly, even though the restaurant was packed. Of course, we had a Blooming Onion, but also had a filet mignon, a sirloin, the wedge salad, and the coconut shrimp. Everything was tasty and well prepared. Fantastic job all around – thank-you for a wonderful evening!

I ordered the steak and coconut shrimp and my husband had the steak and ribs and both steaks were tender, juicy and delicious! Our Server Ms. Morgan, provided excellent service and made us feel good about eating dinner here. She was working hard on New Year day but made sure that we were happy with our food. We will return and hope that Morgan will be there so that we can request for her service. But honestly, the other staff members were just as nice.

Sat at the bar. Excellent customer service and the food was amazing ended up taking half home. Steak was seasoned perfectly and the shrimp on barbie was delicious. I highly recommend the macaroni and cheese it was so delicious I ordered a take home meal of it. Prices were not bad for the amount of food I got. Will be back.

I got a steakhouse salad from the curbside pick-up on my lunch break today. The steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the salad and bread were fresh. The food was ready in the estimated time, and came out within just a couple of minutes of checking in. I was greeted with professionalism and a smile. This was my first time at this particular Outback, but from this experience I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I haven’t been to an Outback Steakhouse since maybe 1998 but this was very close to the hotel I was staying in when I was in Columbia SC. I went around 4pm so there was no wait and it wasn’t crowded. I got the ribeye with sweet potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus was cooked very well. I was not overcooked and still had a little crunch to it. My potatoes was charred so they gave me a second potato without me even asking for it. The steak was seasoned and cooked well but in comparison to Texas Roadhouse Outback steak isn’t as good. Overall I would visit again.

This location has improved, better customer service and food was better than last experience. The rye bread was warm,soft, and came out right away, the loaded potato soup was delicious but lukewarm. Blooming onion was ok, it was cooked too long. My ribeye was not well done and season could have been better. By the time they recooked the ribeye I was full. The shrimp didn’t seem fresh. The broccoli was cooked just right-not too soggy and not too hard- good flavor. The filet was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right, the broccoli and loaded mash was delicious. The lobster was overcooked and chewy and the melted butter was salty. The server was awesome and attentive, the staff worked together. Better experience than it has been in years.

All the dishes are dirty. Everything is sticky. My elbows are stuck to the table as I write this. My woman had to crawl under the table to repair the table legs. The restauraunt was empty with a 20 minute wait. We even called ahead. Butter was insufficient. Food took over an hour and was bad. My steak was supposed to be rare and it came out well done.
