Really disappointing! Our burgers were not cooked to the correct order and we were given very small portions of fries. We never received drink refills except for when it was time to leave, but I will say our waitress was very nice and working her rear end off. The two stars are for the bread.

Don’t go here. Food was not terrible but nothing to make me want to go back. Service was terrible. No drink refills, saw waitress once after food was delivered and that was when meal was almost over. Bathrooms no toilet paper and towels. Place wasn’t half occupied and now I see why. Save your $70 for dinner.

Best Outback experience we have had in months! Service was excellent as was the food! Zack was our primary waiter and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and as ordered. However we counted 4 other wait staff that brought drinks, appetizers and food to our table so that it was as quick as possible and hot! Thanks for the excellence! It’s refreshing to see in today’s market and world! 🙂

Visited Outback for our 51st wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed in our choice!! The food was excellent and the service was exceptional! Our waitress, Kenna, did a supurb job of taking care of us…even wrote us a short note congratulating us on this special day. Manager Mark was friendly and caring about our eating experience. He took the time to come by the table and chat with us. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and will not be forgotten. We will choose Outback for our continuing restaurant of choice here in Hendersonville, NC
