Very disappointing curbside pickup experience today. I placed my order online with a scheduled pickup time of 12:18 PM and arrived on time, parking in the designated curbside pickup spot. After waiting with no update, I finally called the store at 12:48 PM.

The employee told me they couldn’t find me, even though I was parked right at the curbside pickup sign the entire time. No one came out to check the pickup spots or verify the vehicles waiting.

What made it more frustrating was that my little one was with me, hungry and getting upset after waiting so long. The whole reason for ordering ahead and using curbside pickup is convenience, especially when you have kids with you.

I enjoy Culver’s food, but this experience was very frustrating and the curbside system clearly needs improvement.

I’ve been going to this location for years without any issues until tonight. I ordered a cheese curd and a ButterBurger and requested ranch for dipping. When I drove away, I realized the ranch had not been included.

I parked and went back inside to politely ask for it and was told it would cost 20 cents. I explained that I had already paid for it, but I was then asked for an order number, which I didn’t have as it was in my car. I provided my order details so it could be looked up, but no attempt was made to do so.

Being stingy over an item that was previously complimentary and requiring customers to return to their cars to resolve a mistake is not good customer service. I swiftly left.

Being stingy over an item that was previously complimentary and requiring customers to return to their cars to resolve a mistake is not how to run a business. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, which will cost alot more than 20 cents. Do better.

The place was clean, friendly staff, order was correct, food did come out fast. I think the spicy chicken was cooked to long. But still tasted good. Even for being busy at 1 pm we were in and out of there in 13 minutes

From Wisconsin with Disgrace.

This is a ButterBurger? That is a Concrete Shake?!

We live about a 2 minute drive alway and these were made fresh, from maybe the highest volume take out Culver’s in the World.

No it’s disgraceful. I haven’t been to a Culver’s in years and was excited to have the ButterBurgers and Concrete Shakes I had as a kid, and as teen made by freinds that truly did put pride into their work. Because they Cared.

They would be disgusted and we are talking 16-19 year olds, the service, the low dairy fat count, it’s pretty pathetic when McDonald’s is laping you quality and service. At one of the Flagship stores. From Wisconsin with bland, that would be a better slogan, step it up or don’t rep our state like that.

They deprioritize online orders. The drive thru is moving extremely fast yet it takes over 10 minutes to make and bring out a sandwhich and fries? No greetibg or apology for the wait. If you want fast service, don’t use the app

Absolutely awful experience. I’m a regular, frequent customer (as is my wife). Tonight, Friday, made two separate carry-out orders at the counter, at the same time. That went easy enough. Then one order was eventually handed to me. I waited and waited for the second order (3-piece cod dinner) and it never came. I sit there, and notice this whole while what looks like a container for a fish dinner is sitting there on the top shelf that the baggers work from. I say to myself ‘that can’t be my dinner, as they’re just ignoring it. People aren’t busy at all, standing around’. I wait and wait, finally go back up to the counter after all this time (I believe more than 10 minutes from when I was handed the first meal), as my meal never comes out, and I point to that meal sitting on the shelf and say ‘is that the fish dinner that I’ve been waiting for all this time?’ And…yes it was!! Why? How does this happen? Baggers have been standing right there in front of it, often just waiting for some other product, meanwhile my dinner sits there as the many minutes keep clicking by. Meanwhile, the order that I was handed first, is now cold, of course. And the fish dinner is cold. They bagged the dinner and seamed somewhat oblivious to my frustration and gave me a ‘Have a nice night!’ Live nearby, but both meals were cold, of course. Wife tried a french fry and said ‘this is cold!’ ‘You should have demanded that they make fresh, new meals and give them to you on time!’ I should have. But by the time I received the second order, I just wanted to get out of there. So three of us had re-heated meals, thanks to Culvers. That’s not what I paid for. Please review your employees, and send the incompetent ones to Burger King. You ruined the whole tone for our Friday evening.

Food is fuego and thats good, but service during the dinner rush is pretty bad. I understand being overwhelmed but my order was lost entirely and I had to talk to a few people to eventually get my food. Took about 40 minutes altogether. Seems like the staff are doing their best but can’t keep up with the order volume. Won’t hold it against the workers- but beware during busy times

This Culver’s is going downhill, go to a different one instead. The scoops of the flavor of the day are getting really skimpy and they aren’t good at listening when they take order through the drive through. Tonight I ordered a kids meal and said I wanted to pay for a dish of custard and save the token. So they charged me for the custard but still took the free scoop token. Like what the heck?

Great Culver’s location with extremely friendly team members. I’ve consistently had quality meals at this location. I love their strawberry fields salad as well as their cashew chicken salad.

Their drive-thru is open late at night and there is plenty of free parking.

Located conveniently off the highway, this is an excellent location overall.
