I had a great experience at dinner! Started my experience with the sweetest smiling hostess Jenna. She greeted us and was very accommodating with our seating.. our waitress was also amazing. Didn’t remember her name but was super friendly and helped with our food allergies! Highly recommend. Jenna held the door as we left and asked about our dining experience.

Great food, service is always great. Never had any problems with servers, they are always top notch. Management stays on top of any issues that may arise, always interacting with customers. Service is pretty fast, of course depending on how busy they are. Even in the busiest of nights I still usually have no longer than a 10 or so minute wait on any visit. All around great staff, environment and food!

OMG where do I start…this was the BEST mid-day lunch date ever!! The services was spectacular, the servers were as equally awesome…the food was top Chef prepared…and was ordered, prepared, we were eating in less than 30 mins…and the atmosphere was dynamic! Look forward to another visit soon.

I ordered some food for takeout and Jayce gave me exceptional service. She brought me my food faster than expected, had a smile on her face the entire time, introduced herself to me and made sure all my food was good before heading back in. Very satisfied with the amount of professionalism shown with a mix of friendliness.

We arrived about 4pm. It was a little busy but we were seated within 10 minutes. Our delicious Blooming onion was brought out right after receiving our drinks. Next came our salad and soup. The soup was room temperature like it had been sitting out before being brought to our table. Asked for hot soup which did not arrive until after our entrees were brought to the table. By then the soup wasn’t needed after waiting for it or our steak would get cold. So the soup wasn’t eaten. We asked 3 times for extra sauce for the blooming onion but didn’t receive it in a timely manner. Thr manager did come to our table and said the charge for the soup would be adjusted off our ticket.

We came for my son’s birthday and everything was perfect. Lindsay and Madden took amazing care of us. We got our drinks, appetizer and food quickly even with it being a Friday evening. All the staff were great and the service and food were amazing! A perfect birthday dinner thanks to all the Outback staff!!!

First off.. Big Long Horn steakhouse fan here, …. Living out of town we ALWAYS do call ahead seating… the past few times we try calling no one will answer the phone. SO……we decided to try The Outback Steakhouse.

It’s been a while since we have dined anywhere because service in a lot of places hasn’t been great. Our server was amazing and went out of her way to check on things for us. The manager came around too just to make sure we were enjoying our time. We got the soup and salad special and it did not disappoint!

Service was a bit all over the place. The mashed potatoes were sour. And I mean SOUR!!!!! Like a candy. Couldn’t eat it. Didn’t get it replaced. Didn’t get a discount.
