So the only complaint was that the food was pretty slow… however it was Valentines evening. So there has to be some level of understanding. The food was great, a little under on the cook of the steaks, but barely, which once again, when you choose to eat on inherently super busy days, there will be some failures (all minimal in this case). However when they are super busy you can really see their mettle.
The service was awesome and with a Cajun flair. He checked on us frequently and apologized for the tiny issues, while making sure he could do what he could for us. Hostesses were knowledge polite and still very upbeat on a hectic night.
I dinged the food only because the cook times were long even for a busy night, especially if they were still undercooked steaks and potatoes that looked like they tried to add condiments on the way out with a catapult. They were all yhere but presentation matters, especially when your busy!
Saying this, 100% would go back, the delmonaco ribeyes were killer and we liked the atmosphere (tables weren’t too close and lighting was great), and of course… the service (the highlight).

Let me tell you. My wife and I had the best experience last night for her birthday. Let me tell you about our server. I called him cajun. He’s hot that Cajun accent. He was the best server I ever had. He stayed on top, and you don’t know he’s doing his job. Never once did he bring up anything personal about his life. We didn’t have to ask for anything. Let me say that again. We didn’t not one time ask for anything. When we for ready to leave, on the way out the door, he walked us out and had us a to go cup.. He had somehow got out food , putting in the bag after we boxed it, and handed it to us as we were leaving..Hands down best experience from any server I ever had. At first I was curious about his accent, until I heard him telling another customer about it. This guy here needs to be training servers. He has taken a position and he’s gotta be making bank. So if you go to SP outback, ask if Cajun is working. It’s worth the wait for his experience. He has it figured out. We really enjoyed him. I haven’t said one thing about the food, his experience was so good it didn’t matter. He checked out steaks right after the lady brought them out. He was standing there wanting to make sure they were perfect:. He done a great job. He needs to be training all your servers.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday (3/1) and had a great time. Food was good, and the staff members were friendly. We were quoted 15-20 mins for a table for two, but we ended up waiting an hour. The staff didn’t apologize or update us on our wait at all, so that part was disappointing. The downfall of my visit and what makes me not want to return was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The outside tables where we waited were disgusting. Cigarette ashes and something that was sticky was spilled all over the table we initially sat at. They had been there a while, it didn’t just happen. The women’s restroom was disgusting. Trash all over the floors. Sink counter was dirty and the trash can was literally overflowing onto the floor. We sat at the bar for a little while and the floors were disgusting. There were dirty dishes piled up at the end of the bar. At our table, the kiosk to pay and the salt and pepper shakers looked and felt like they rarely get wiped down. It was just gross, please clean your restaurant better.

The food was pretty good. it seemed like they only had one waiter to wait multiple tables so she wasn’t really to involved in our table. my biggest complaint is the bathroom walking into it the floor was wet every time i stepped on it water would come out.

We got there right at 11 am. We got seated quickly. Ordered maybe 5 minutes later. Our food came in a bit more than 30 minutes. I really don’t know why it took that long because we were the first ones. The food was good, not great. I ordered the aussie fries wish looks nothing or tasted different than french fries. The service was very good.

Great stuff great food service and atmosphere. I’ve never had a bad experience. The foods always cooked well and taste great. The prices are always decent. I enjoy it go a few times a year. Hope you enjoy as well.

Wish I had read the reviews before driving almost an hour to get here! Never have I had a bad meal in an Outback. This one is far below standard! Waited 30 mins to get drinks. Had to ask 3 people for lemons for my tea. The bread was good and warmer than my meal. The grilled shrimp had not seen the grill in quite awhile. The broccoli was raw, not just undercooked, cold and raw. Dad’s mashed potatoes were also so cold they couldn’t melt the butter. The restaurant was not busy and yet food was very slow to come out and disappointing when it did arrive. Server was friendly but not attentive. She was tending bar were there were 2 patrons and I had to walk to bar to ask for tea refills after we sat with empty glasses for 15 mins. We will either go next door to Longhorn next time or drive to Charlotte. Don’t waste you $$ here!

We got to compare service today. Went next door to a competing steakhouse (LH) and were completely ignored for 20 minutes. Yes we did I quite after 15. So we walked out. Went to Outback and received the same excellent service we have gotten at this location for decades. The burgers were excellent and neighboring tables meals, steaks, asparagus and blooming onions all looked like out of the menu picture perfect.

We had a large group of 15. Mike out waiter was the best. He has all the attributes you would want in a waiter. Respectful, attentive and a great personality.

A year ago we complained about water coming up through the floors in the bathroom anytime you took a step. Same problem tonight. A year later. Food was cold. Baked potato was overcooked on one side and not cooked at all on the other. We were there for 1.75 hours. And there were only four of us. Servers are so nice and great but this place needs a change. It’s going down fast.
