Everyone down to the to-go and cashier was incredibly rude. The guy with the long dreads and the black stocking around them acted like he did not want to be there. I asked for guac, he passively answered “don’t have it.” I placed an online order for a kids meal and upon my arrival the to-go worker ignored everything I said. I was supposed to get kids chips in my kids meal and it wasn’t even in my bag. The cashier tonight also lied and said there were no chips when I was looking right up at them. No lettuce, no guac, and no vinaigrette. If I could rate this 0/5 stars, I would. This used to be my favorite location and now I don’t know what it has turned into. Every time I’ve been here lately, there’s always terrible customer service.

Apparently its your job to make sure the employees are competent enough to write the correct things on the lids and put it on the correct item. And when you want a refund they try their hardest to say no the picture is wrong. Ordered 2 bowls and the lids were swapped in store on the line. Picture taken but manager and whatever cashier wanna focus on the tiny piece of meat in the corner. Could it be steak? could it be chicken?who knows if yall cant even write it on the lid correctly. So when i wanna call coperate you dont wanna help no more.?

Walked in to wait in a small line. We got through pretty quick too. The staff that put everything together was nice and gave us exactly what we wanted. When we went sit down we noticed nothing was clean. It was clean where the food was, but the lobby area and drink area was a different story. So, we cleaned off and wiped down our own table. We were there for at least 45 minutes and not a single person came out to clean. When we finished I decided to take pictures for this review and one of the employees, I believe was the manager told me I am not aloud to take pictures because no one cleaned anything. Then she proceed to start yelling at me, then followed me to the restroom and she held the door open like I wasn’t aloud to use the bathroom as it was a one person bathroom. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I would love to give one or no stars because of this lady and how she acted, but the food was delicious and the other employees did a good job, besides cleaning. Overall, we definitely will be going back to a Chipotle, just not this particular one because the lady was hostile toward me making it uncomfortable to be there.

I used to drive out of my way to come to this chipotle the food is always good and the staff used to be friendly. Tonight the place was an utter mess. I asked the cashier for napkins because they were out near the drink machines. She proceeds to hand me the whole napkin package and told me to rake what I need and bring the rest over to where the drink machines are. I don’t work here….the staff is in serious need of a refresher course

It was good for the most but I was a little taken back because I ordered the steak, which I had never been here before and my steak was spicy, I don’t eat spicy, had no idea it comes that way, so I really couldn’t offer an opinion about the food. I’m sure it’s probably very good and the service was ok, the atmosphere was ok. They had to correct a couple of issues with our food, it was a mobil order and was missing a couple of things. My family did like the food but me lol

I’d give this location 0 stars if I could. I was at this location Saturday night and every time I come they’re Always missing items. No Al pastor chicken no vinegarette. When I asked the Hispanic gentleman why he didn’t tell me they didn’t have these items before I started ordering he told me I “could have asked” About 6 years ago I was a SM at a chipotle restaurant and we used to weed through people in the hiring process to see if they were empowered, had high standards and top performers. We also quizzed on the 13 traits and taught the vision of chipotle. It seems as more time goes by chipotle is no longer a company that cares or tries to provide people with great food and service. They hire anyone and don’t care. If one of my employees ever responded to a customer like that he would have been written up. On top of that the store was absolutely filthy and they weren’t short staffed. People are more concerned with talking and hanging out than getting work done. Today it’s no different than McDonald’s or Taco Bell. And I can’t believe I’m saying this but the service at those restaurants is actually way better.

Ordered delivery, completely messed up order. Instead of making both bowls they made the same bowl twice, barely putting any meat in one of them, ordered large chips and quac which costs TEN DOLLARS and they didn’t give us the chips. Also one napkin in the bag, really? Never ordering from here again, it’s always something. You cannot order delivery from this store, the employees take advantage of you not literally standing over them and just completely disregard your order and do what’s convenient. Really frustrating because every other location I go to is fine and consistent, someone from corporate needs to wipe this one clean or shut it down if they can’t enforce standards.

The filthiest Chipotle I’ve ever been: lots of trash everywhere, including the self service area, there were no utensils, ALL tables looked disgusting ( I had to clean it myself with a napkin), my burrito bowl had FROZEN lettuce on top of my meat. The staff was friendly though and eager to help but overall a disturbing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place. It’s disgusting
