So I have not written a review in awhile. Unfortunately I had to. We just decided to treat ourselves after a difficult work week that was money definitely well earned. My mate and I ordered a full rack of ribs that had 2 sides. I picked asparagus and the smokehouse mac and cheese. Aussie loaded fries and the shrimp on the barbie all ro go. The service was great especially with the new young lady and her mentor training her. Now the food being over $70 “under the name Terry” was a different story. Unfortunately the fries,ribs and Mac and cheese were heavily salted and peppered. Now pepper is way easier to forgive than the high salt content. The brown bread and butter was good as well as the asparagus but not over $70 good. We had dined in about a few weeks earlier and it was delicious. Don’t be fooled by the pictures that’s just to show proof of the purchase but, our two kids actually ate the fries and some other stuff under the advisory to drink plenty of water. Maybe a rough service because it was Friday (6pm) but Truly disappointed.

We were greeted at the by the host CORA who opened both doors so that we may enter. She immediately sat us down asking which booth we preferred. She then kindly said Quan your waiter will be with in a moment. Quan was the most nicest waiter I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and warm welcoming. I thought he was the manager. I stop the assistant manager in training Ashley to ask for some extra things and she was was equally nice. Everyone was a pleasure and made our stay a very GREAT one. We were so happy thanking everyone for such great service. They ALL deserve acknowledgement n raises.. We also noticed that everyone was working TOGETHER!! Way to go in picking great staff members. We will def be back if not for food but just the wonderful service..
There is ao much I could say about our whole experience. I food came out exactly like we ordered. We left out of there feeling very special and we’ll treated. We will def go back and happily spend our money at this location..

We visited a different Outback previously and had a small hiccup there. The manager at that location treated us for the “inconvenience” after we shared our experience, which they were already aware of, but we decided to come to this one instead to redeem the experience after the inconvenience. Cass, the hostess, greeted us with such a friendly and warm welcome that it immediately set the tone. Ashley, the manager here, also greeted us with genuine warmth (she was aware of the situation and in communication with the other manager), and Holly, our server, took great care of us from start to finish.
The food was a standout and came out in a timely manner, which we really appreciated. The new Alice Chicken Quesadillas were flavorful and well‑made, and the Down Under Delmonico Ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and exactly what you want in a steak. 100% recommend. This location truly turned our Outback experience around. Nothing felt rushed or off—just great service, great food, and great people.

We had dinner at Outback Steakhouse tonight with family, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked in. The atmosphere was relaxed but lively, perfect for spending quality time with loved ones.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive—they checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a pleasant dining experience, which added a nice personal touch.

Plenty of parking in the lot. Location is convenient to nearby hotels. Walked in and someone held the door open. Host greeted me and seated me. Server came by quickly, got my beverage order, then my food order. Salad and bread came out. Steak came out after that.
I ordered the new Delmonico. Cooked exactly how I asked — medium rare. I also asked for it lightly seasoned and it was, which I appreciated. Steak was thick, good marbling, just the right amount of fat, and had really good flavor.
Service stood out. My server was extremely professional and very attentive. He delivered my meal and checked on me multiple times during the meal. He also had other tables and was just as attentive to them.
I noticed the team worked well together. There was a small spill near my table. My server started cleaning it up and another employee walking by noticed without being asked and went to get a wet floor sign. That says a lot about communication and teamwork. I also overheard other staff interactions and they were positive and professional.
Overall, this was a great Outback experience. This store is doing things right, and honestly, lessons could be learned from this location by other stores.

Great dining experience at Outback tonight! Our server Alexis provided friendly and attentive service. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the manger Ashley and other managers checking in with us to ensure our meals came out perfectly. The Bloomin Onion always delivers and loved feasting on the Delmonico and lobster tails. Thanks to the whole team on duty tonight for all of your hospitality. Excellent job. Dez and Brittanie provided great bar service and customer service.

I picked up a carry out order Friday night, February 6 and again Saturday at lunchtime February 7. Both times Kiara waited on me. she is extremely helpful and Very friendly! Both times I asked for extra dressing and she said no problem, with a nice smile ! Kiara provided great customer service! She was very pleasant to talk to!

Our server was on top of everything and very friendly! Food was good except my son’s steak was under cooked. The manager had it taken care of and my son enjoyed it. My Alice Springs Chicken was excellent with great spice and very moist but the mashed potatoes were slightly dry. Good atmosphere and on warm days nice outdoor seating. Would give it a second try.
