I just ordered door dash and needed to add something to my order. So I called and got Tiffany on the phone. She was so nice! I told her I had a bad day and thank you for being amazing. So she surprised me and sent a dessert to make my day better. This was so incredibly thoughtful. Tiffany needs a raise. Thank you for being so kind!!! We need more people like her in the world. I did the Uber Eats thing… The worst Outback I’ve ever had. The potato soup was old, oily, and enough salt to choke a goat. I like salty but this soup was so bad that I threw it away after one bite. And I’ve had better burgers at McDonald’s.

The food is always consistent at the Pineville location. Johnny is the best bartender in the business! We come in just to see him — he’s our favorite stop for an after work cocktail. You can’t go wrong here!

Our server, “T,” was friendly and did an excellent job attending to our needs without being overly intrusive. Thumbs up. The food was good. My steak was a little too salty, but it was flavored well, which partially compensated. The house salad was good and nicely chilled. Baked potato was fine. Atmosphere was good. Place was not overly busy on a Friday night, which captured my attention. It could be that pricing pressures are forcing more people to opt to eat in as opposed to dining out and it was noticed that the prices have recently gone up, but if you have a valid AARP membership, then you are eligible for a 10% discount off of the price of the meal.

Came here for a date night with my husband sat for over an hour waiting on our food. The service was horrible the waitress couldn’t find her tablet to take our order so she was writing it on her hand. The lady at the front was very nice an offered to give us a gift card or to move us inside but we told her we were ready to leave. On top of that we had a man walking around asking people for money while everyone was trying to eat their meals. The picture below is of the butter that came with our bread it was like frozen an chunky I asked for another butter the one on the tray is the second one she brought. I also had asked for honey butter an it was regular butter. Ii wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.
