The flavor of the food was good, and it probably tasted good back when it was warm. The plate presentation was poor…cold broken fries and smudged sauces on the plate. Waited 30 minutes to put in the order.

Always clean with super friendly staff and hostess. Great waitress well lit area. We ordered the steakhouse salad and blooming onion was crisp and delicious. My mother ordered the ribs they were okay but needed to be more fall off the bone with extra sauce. The brussel sprouts are okay as well but they put too much stuff on top of that ask without cheese sauce and without the peppers.

Had lunch here today with two family members and it was great! Chicken, shrimp, and broccoli and a potato! Everything was piping hot and delicious! Shared a salad which was really tasty and fresh. Hailey was a great server and needs to be recognized for her great customer service!!! What a lovely and friendly server!!

For an Outback chain, very well run and especially clean. Food and service was spot on, especially the bartender. Prime rib was out of sight. Glad they brought the Wedge salad back, even for a limited time.

I arrived early before my party and sat to the bar for a drink and appetizer.. I had the pleasure of being served by Spencer, and his customer service was magnificent. He definitely has a way with the people he serves and his bartenders skills were amazing. Great job and he is a great asset to your team

I’m just astounded at the price of steaks these days. Overall, the experience was pretty good. The staff was friendly and pretty efficient. They did get my order wrong and I wound up getting a lobster tail at no charge…but if I had paid for it, I would have been disappointed. It was very small. And the item I was supposed to get took so long that I packed it up and took it home. And the baked potato was on the small side. And the chopped salad with Bleu cheese and glazed pecans? They were out of the pecans and didn’t mention it. Just brought it without. I asked…didn’t have any. But still charged the upcharge as a premium side.

Outback is always a great place to dine in… Their steaks are great, and so are the non-steaks accompanying dishes… We tried the new Blooming Shrimp appetizer, which was great… For entrees, we had the Center Cut Sirloin with Lobster Tail and the Sirloin with Ribs combo platters… Both came with seasoned rice and the special Outback loaded Baked Potatoes… Delicious stuff… Loads left to try on the menu!

Too much pepper on everything salad * steak! The steak was tough & other than pepper no flavor. Service…awful. didn’t get my requested drink even after he was reminded, he charged me twice for one meal. He was juice enough just very inefficient. But was rushing us to order. Bathroom wasn’t clean, but the dining area was clean & approp. This was durning the late afternoon between 2:30 & 3:30. It wasn’t busy.

10/16/2022 was my first experience at this outback in Cary, NC which was a good one. Pricing is reasonable, drinks was great, and the atmosphere was very much welcoming. Will definitely return for future service

The service is divided among several and just never comes together. Our food was poor quality. Service was incredibly slow. I only eat here about once a year because a family member asks. So many better choices.
